Honestly I really don't think Eileen is actually mature enough to be living on her own , Seriously Eileen couldn't even talk to her mom in person about moving out she is still a teenager and teenagers do everything by text a grown mature adult would meet up and have a face to face conversation . It is hard now a days to get an apartment realtors check credit score history. Eileen is complaining over her mom charging rent I don't think is that much what her mom is going to charger her compare to what an apartment will cost her and plus the extra cost on utility bills.

It’s not like it just started by now we’re at least a little more used to it cause it’s already been awhile so they need to stop using that as an excuse. Brittany B.: im not going to lie i understand where everyone is coming and i was in a similar situation as eileen* i was 15 when i started working and going to early college(highschool and taking college classes) and my mom wanted to do the same thing as lourdes to pay bills in which i did because in the long run its going to help prepare you for when you go out into the real world. however, my mom too was a bit overbearing depending on me financially. so for me after much thought i took it upon myself and moved out on my own at 22. I know eileen may feel scared to move out but first you must get use to slowly doing adult things and when you move out it might be rough but with the help of your mom teaching you this stuff now its so much rewarding because at least your prepared. as school goes i understand that she doesn't want to go not because she and armando lack goals but rather they prefer in class and on hand learning due to covid which is not possible and thats okay these things take time but in the meantime for armando he has to do what he can during his online school and as for eileen a gap year is very common and would actually be more beneficial in her case until things calm down with covid
