Travis Hansen: What's weird to me is that the legends that come each season seem like they only get rare skins in the battle pass. For example, Rampart got a rare skin in the battle pass last season, then this season Horizon is only getting two rare skins. Shouldn't they be getting legendary skins first because they're the upcoming legends?
