That's part of pregnancy tammy and thier brother don't know what's it's like to be pregnant because tammy isn't pregnant and thier brother is a guy and we all know guys can't get pregnant. U can loose ur baby weight after the baby is born but it takes will power and u gotta be ready to do it. I get thier concerns but thier are things that come along with pregnancy so get used to it she got pregnant so it's her reasponsiblity. However amy got pregnant to early after the surgery ur supposed to wait 2 years after the fact for health and safety reasons so in a way amy didn't listen to her doctor on that part. Tammy talks to amy about eating right and this and that well she's got no room to talk she needs to take her own advice they both gotta eat right. When u r pregnant u do gotta eat right. Birth control does help prevent pregnancy but they aren't 100 percent accurate u can still get pregnant while on birth control. Healthy foods are not hard to find tammy used that for an excuse. It just seems like every one is attacking amy for being pregnant and all that well she's grown she's an adult she's not a child. They both need to change. Thier brother is awesome, being supportive and being like a father figure for the both of them I think they both should take his advice into consideration. Everyone knows that u can't gastric surgery unless u loose a certain amount of weight so tammy shouldn't be surprised.

00 00: Tammy needs to let her family take control of her finances at this point and not have food in the house. She can use a food delivery service like Jenny Craig and start off on 2500 calories a day and gradually reduce it to 2000. I think this would help her lose weight in a way that isn't too overwhelming. She must be eating at least 5000 a day to be at this weight. I don't believe that obese people should be put on immediately restrictive diets. When you have an addiction to food eating 1200 calories a day is going to be emotionally and physically draining and overwhelming. I think Tammy needs a more rational and sensitive approach.
