WolfFang: yea I felt more or less the same way, I still enjoyed it but it wasn't as good as the first season, at least the latter half anyway when they introduced the new characters, and am I the only one who is starting to feel at least a little bad for Toro?

KittMouri: I definitely agree with you that character development got pushed aside for scenery and dinosaurs, but I really enjoyed it. I loved seeing Rexy getting so much attention and I honestly wish they would do the same for, Blue. I get that she is in the movies, but so was Rexy. It would be interesting to see how the kids evade her or...maybe she doesn't attack children? Maybe they end up being friends? I dunno, but I would like to see. My problem was the overly cartoony villains in this season. They telegraphed that they were villains from a hundred billion miles away. I will admit, I was surprised at how the husband was taken out because it was just so...blunt? I thought he was going to find some way to make it...but, no, him got ate. The wife's takedown was predictable as heck, but this is a kid's show, so they can't all be badass. And speaking of badass, that one guy, you know the one, he reminded me of Oscar from the video game. He even went down the same way. I'm holding out hope that he somehow made it through, but, it's iffy. Ben finally grew out of the frail child that he was and Bumpy just grew!! She's beautiful. It's going to be sad when they have to leave her behind once they get off the island. It's going to be doubly sad as we know what happens to that island a few years, later. 😭 Yas remains my unquestioned favorite with Darius coming a super close second. The other three are about the same. I was hoping they were going to go somewhere with Yas and Kenji, but that was a no-go. Lastly...I NEED to know what's behind that DOOR!! But, that's my take. I definitely enjoyed it and can't wait for the next season.

SEXYQUIL87 TX: Season 1 was written wayyy better than Season 2. Season 2 is dumbed down & ridiculous. What tools did they use to build a treehouse? Why build a tree house when there had to be multiple hotels on the island? Kenji should have been the star this season, because he knows the most about the park. Why not show the mosasaurs eating the Indominus lol! Ben fighting Toro was dumb. Too much focus on Mitch & Tiffany. There's more to complain about but I wont. Can't wait for season 3 #E750

Swine Rider: How they handled the hunters was so weird to me. They acted as if their moral compass was totally out of control. Saving children, don't save them, try to get rid of them but refuse to just shoot them when they could. Why not bring them to the mainland first and then go back and focus on what you were doing? They acted so as if they were total psychopaths. Most of the interactions between the kids were pretty good though but i think s2 would have been better without the hunters and with more focus on conflicts in the group. Or bringing back roxie and the other dude sooner and create a story with that.

The One: This show ticks me off. “Toxic masculinity”? It’s a kids show man. Stop filling kids with insecurity bs that’s not even true. Keep politics to the idiots on Capitol Hill and stay away from my kids!!!

Arif: Season 2 has a lot of scenes that make us adults thinking what?? They can do that??.. Season 1 was 9 or 10/10 for me.. Season 2 feels like maybe 6/7 out of 10.. But it's still enjoyable

Forgotten_sKiLL: Honestly, its hard to drive character development when there is unity between characters. The only way to do that is to bring out their fears and solve them. Brook and Ben got massive amounts of character development this season to supplement. So I am pleased. And if its the one kill in episode 8 that Klayron has an issue with, I'd say its poetic justice!

I think E750 is a code for spinosaurus. When we take a look into the E750 room the thing in the tank looks to be some sort of nails or a snout with messed up teeth.

Steve G: I enjoyed this much more than the 1st season. The first season had so many cringy decisions by the kids in the early episodes. A season of "survive on the island and never trust people outside your group" was a far more interesting plot. Glad to see where it left off so it's assumed we'll get more seasons with new dinosaur and human threats for the kids to face and grow from. Ben's the MVP of the season.

It wasn't awful, or even bad, but it was a huge disappointment after the first one, which was easily the best thing to come out of this franchise, with the exception of the first novel and the masterpiece that the original film was, obviously. The characters didn't take the dinosaurs nearly as seriously as they should have. The plot was way too predictable. Ben's episode was a bigger joke than JP3. Tiff was more cartoonishly evil than Eli Mills. It was even more tame than the first season, which had a good tone. I get that it's a cartoon for kids, but is it that hard to at least try to have some level of plausibility in the plot (not that the rest of series has that, but at least it tries)? If the first season was a 9/10, this one's a 6.
