kris Sharp: It’s a divorce and marriage that is a fraud meant to gain benefit like some immigration scan. Kody and Robin should be in prison.  Kids barely see a father. Women are chained to a guy who doesn’t care about them, he just needs one of them happy. The legal marriage did not even make sense. Robin could have legally married Christine or Janelle and given her kids by a different father who should never have lost being a father so narcissistic gluttonous Kody could have extra ones. And three other men go without wives since he is holding onto many women at one time during their fertile years it’s just wrong. If he wasn’t having nights with Janelle and Christine Meri may have had a few more pregnancies. But when you only get 2 times a week and he is depleting his store every other day you are less likely to get pregnant. They are having children born in a faith who can’t follow their faith since 2/3 or maybe 3/4 sons will not be able to have any wife if 1/3 or 1/4 insist on having 3 or 4 at the same time. They all need a math lesson. The only good thing about all this is because of the show their kids managed to avoid this path. I imagine a few will do this at some point but clearly they are getting school and choices for spouses outside of this bubble. They can’t even commit on a place to live.

After watching this show for I don’t know 10+ years, I’ve realized that this type of poly isn’t particularly healthy. Committing to a lifestyle because of a religion isn’t the move. Doing it because it’s your only way into heaven or the only way you will be loved by God isn’t a good enough reason. Meri is too dominant and insecure (not a good combo), and Christine too jealous for it to work. I believe we could see this family work if it was not for Meri and Christine. I think Christine is fun and cute, but she should have one man all for herself. I understand Meri doesn’t want do give up what she believes in, and that she is afraid to lose contact with the kids. But I think Cody should let her go, and still let her be a part of the family. She could find a man who is the right for her, and still be good friends with the family. Cody doesn’t love her anymore, so it doesnt have to be bad blood between them if Mery finds another man. She should be able to leave Cody, without being forced to leave the rest of the family.
