Nate R: I love this anime and manga as well as it’s got elements of Ken wakuis gang life. Here in New Zealand our gangs are different but we do see a lot of middle schoolers and high schoolers drive motorcycles etc here as well. Ken Wakui made this anime as a reflection of his life except the time travel part of course, so when people say it’s not realistic, it actually is. There’s things in this anime I’ve seen which has happened here. To me it has such a great plot and takemichi as a character just gets better. The pure rawness of his character and not overpowering and realistic is a treat. We would be like him or worse if we were in his shoes if this was real
