Because well if you know, you know in ep.6, not only did they foreshadowed it , but in the next scene also SHOWED how it was gonna happen and the result of what it would do to the person. Very dark stuff, but shows how crazy the storytelling is, the plot to future things in the story would be right in your face and you'd never know.

@GelliElli: For me I always kinda expected Warwick to be Vander, in season 1 when he died but also got resurrected with shimmer before his actual death kinda hinted something like this could be possible. Also in episode 9 ending you can see a bearded guy hanging up with the presence of Singed (mad scientist guy). You don't need to know the lore or played the game to actually make this connection.

In the last episode, Counselor Salo mentioned that despite Caitlyn causing havoc in the Undercity without making any progress toward capturing Jinx, everyone seems to accept it because of her last name. Also, her family funds a large portion of the Enforcers and she got cosigned by a respected warmonger from Noxus.
