Everything that was gripping and dramatic was essentially revealed in Season 1. Season 2 in my opinion can't measure up because what new and exciting drama could possibly top the first season?

@Anon0nline: It would be more interesting of the plot was misleading this entire time and they selected workers based on their likelihood to rebel. Each had a reason to rebel that they had to discover. Additionally, the "cult" and "departmental wars" could have been set up to give them the greatest statistical chance of failure per falsification, and the failure to fail would demonstrate a working model of seperating personal and work life and thus "perfecting" mental health. That isn't going to be the case, but it would have been interesting.
