@HeadlessChickenTO: It was a mess yesterday at STC, with the snowfall. My wife had the "brilliant" idea to uave dinner there and to pickup a gift for a friend. All the street lights that controlled traffic going in and out were, I think, purposefully deactivated. So the mall was controlling the flow of traffic. It took 10mins to get in, over 20mins to get parking (there was lots, but the flow wasn't moving for me to get to those spots). And exiting was no better.
