Think Story: 👑 I think they did a pretty good job at being accurate. What did you think? 👑 Like this vid? Check out my Crown Season 4 Ending and Hidden Details Video: https://youtu.be/5j3Od3oOhdo

marceline88: Re: Uptown Girl: the "fashionable young woman in the music video " was Christie Brinkley. She was one of America's first supermodels.

No Signal: It’s quite disgusting to make a show about this poor soul and to profit from it. Especially when she was murdered from her own evil family and husband. Let her Rest In Peace for fucks sake man

geo val: great vid!

Hunty Baby: They did NOT meet at a hunting lodge! They met in a field, on a shoot. The land would have been her family's or possibly his/the Crown's. It could have been part of a shooting weekend. Similar to the kind Prince Andrew recently referred to as a "straightforward shooting weekend" where he met the convicted child sex offender Jeffrey Epstein (not the same weekend as the one Charles and Dianna met, obviously, but not a hunting lodge).

oriel: Does nobody listen ? He says "whatever 'in love' means". I really think this is an 'in joke' between them .. you can tell.

Hunty Baby: The "tenuous" relationship between Thatcher and the Queen? Tenuous isn't the right word. After hundreds of meetings spanning over 10 years, the Queen and any prime minister would definitely have had a relationship - it might have been a strained and formal one, but there would be nothing "tenuous" about it.

Rosalynn Gatewood: The bottom line is they used Diana big time. They brought a child to and adult game. She didn’t have no Mother or older siblings to guide and advise her! All the adults knew of the Charles and Camilla affair. It had been going on for over ten years by this time._Diana like most 19 year old was looking for her knight in shinning armor! Camilla sizing her up to judge if she had any competition. Everybody in their circle , friends and family was in the know. They should not have let Charles marry anybody knowing he could never give his heart! I’m surprised that she stayed in the marriage as long as she did! She just didn’t know any better!

Tim Daugherty: Diana should have kicked his ass

Claire Gostyla: My understanding was that Mountbatten did actually die immediately as the bomb was placed directly under his feet

S J: Michael Fagan was the real star of season 4

Ceylin Gür: Son sezonu yorumladığım video'm kanalımda, destek olursanız sevinirim.

bedtimestorynyc: Well, it seems to me that at no point has the show claimed to mirror the events exactly how they happened. It is a dramatized show with the director's own interpretation and with the actors' own view of the characters they played - that's all there's to it! In real live Diana seemed less strained in public appearances than shown in the show, for example. The show's Charles looked always annoyed in public with an obviously insincere nasty grin, whereas in the real life Charles played a better role of a happily married man. Those two were the biggest disappointment in the show for me - although I like both actors - that whole relationship was a bit too painful to watch. The highlight of the show, like in the 3rd season, was Helena Bonham Carter, a very intelligent and intuitive actress who remained the shining jewel in the Crown.

Christopher: one of the only differences that matters would be that one is a saga.

Kacie Benson: the Christmas photo is in the documentary on Disney plus

the grand canyon is Egypt: they could have at least got my gurls hair style right😂

Peter Hind: A thoroughly nasty and unpleasant piece of soap trash. Poorly scripted and weakly acted.

Midlight: I thought it was horrible that prior to the wedding Charles had left her alone for 6 weeks and never even called her, so I had to look it up. And it was not true, they wrote each other letters often and she spent a lot of time getting to know the palace staff as well as Princes Edward and Andrew. I feel like they’re just really pushing the narrative that they had a terrible relationship, which time has shown to be true, yet I do imagine there were happy times sprinkled in there too, especially at the beginning. I don’t think they need to fabricate hurtful moments.

ellymellyvids: The liberties it took were specifically to push the show creators' political viewpoints, trying at every opportunity to paint Thatcher in a bad light when events either did not happen, made no reference to Thatcher, or were incorrectly portrayed to her detriment. The left creative community are simply incapable of making faithful historical stores anymore. Everything MUST adhere to their particular politics.

Abigail Parker: They chose a way more attractive actress for Camilla than the real Camilla.

George Eisaman: You didn't mention anything about Diana's bulimia

DPIII1: I like the ending...love you to daddy 😘😏

Hanna Khan: Just finished season 4. Keep wondering Charles wanted diana gone from his life so desperately how did he feel when she was really gone.

That one girl K: I love how this actress played Dianna absolutely wonderful! Wish she would have not died and would be queen she will always be queen of the people's hearts tho. Charles and Carmella are nothing but money suckers I think once the queen passes England should become a Republic nation and dissolve the whole Royal family.

Ava mae: "What ever love mean" What a man 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏

Paul Lee: Nice writing, very enjoyable.

Anne Sherman: The next King should be William not Charles. Charles doesn't deserve it.

Cyn Mann: Great video.

Rathnait Mullen: They were easy on the royals!!!

Laura Vonutassy: Keng Hoe Toh...Diana did indeed roller skate through BP halls, chewing bubblegum and listening to a headset!! I lol when I first read that, too many years ago.

Rodolfo Gomes Silva: If these were the "key" differences, then I am definitely satisfied. Pretty accurate overall. Thank you for the video!

Cause Effect: So why the BS?

Ken Jacoby: Based on how things are shown, Charles should never be King!!!

Xj He: BBC killer interview caused princess Diana death.

Samra Hars: The symbolism of the end scene of final episode of the Crown S4 will be lost on some people and is literally and could be decsribed as the last moments of Diana. The camera concentrates on her clearly assesing how she as ended up in the position she's in through the choices made for her. In the background "Silent Night" is playing as you hear the phrase "sleep in heavenly peace". The flash from the camera goes off which is no doubt one of the last things she saw (witness statement "a blinding flash of light") followed by the sound of the flash gun recharging (the high pitched whine) which makes a noise that sounds a lot like a heart defibrillator recharging, You then hear "sleep in hevenly peace" again and cut to black.More subtlety to a scene than what you first see.

Minda Kahn: It’s a drama. Theatre, it’s not real. Like Shakespeare it may be based loosely on fact but it’s no more real than Peter Pan.

Patricia Shaw: I read Diana's book.

Chardonnay Smith: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=59gf3vIoZQs

oenrob98000: The real Lady Di had a perfectly normal neck. The Lady Di of The Crown needed a neck brace to keep her head still...it's just too much!

Sarah Jane Goodall: What a pile of bs. Diana did a lot of kind things for sure but before her death she had lost the plot and was doing really crazy things. This is so inaccurate but Netflix is Obama controlled with that Susan Rice criminal, all they want is to discredit the BRF. Its so obvious.

ꕥ: 0:48 wait i though it was emma corrin as princess diana😭😭 she looks so much like her

Katie Aviss: It's a shame that as you said the Australian tour was mostly accurate that you showed the scene with William playing on the mat. In real life they were on the lawn at Government House in Auckland, NZ - not Australia. The buzzy bee he is playing with is an iconic part of "Kiwiana" having been made here since the 30s. Prince William gifted Prime Minister Jacinda Arden's baby with a buzzy bee too.

Doris Allen: The song is Can’t Take My Eyes Off Of You and yes they did. Another one of these vids showed it

Keoni V.: I think it is a very sad life she jumped into being so young. How she was treated in all ways. Him having his ex Camille in both there lives. I stop watching it. Its really sad. I feel even more hurt in the life she lived.

Jack Dorsey: #1: No jimmy savile hanging out with prince Charles

Toscana Italiana: The truth hurts! Camilla's ex-brother-in- law Richard Parker Bowles, once attacked Camilla, saying that she urged Charles to wed "because she thought Diana was either half-witted or mad" and, thus, easy to manipulate. Mr. Parker Bowles described Camilla as a "wrecker at heart." Richard told "Camilla never wanted to marry Charles. Camilla had no desire to marry him until she discovered she was flat broke after her own divorce. Daily Mail published the story.

Toscana Italiana: Camilla trolled Diana for her entire married life. Camilla sold out Diana to the tabloids (Stuart Higgins The Sun) for ten years from 1982 to 1992 and systematically destroyed Diana's life. The Crown didn't show.

Keng Hoe Toh: Those days, that was called rollerskate. It shows how young the writer of the script is.

Emma Salazar: I enjoyed this video.

Heather L: Roller skate =/= roller blades

Rhian Hegarty: The main thing being the length of Diana's train in real life compared to the crown lol. The scene in the crown makes it look 10 feet long when in actuality it was like, 25 feet long

That’s Hot: I think another subtle difference i noticed was when Diana chose her ring. The show portrays her picking "the most expensive" ring among all the heirlooms, but in reality I recall her picking something from a catalogue instead of a priceless heirloom ring

Georgie Simmons: Someone needs to walk up to Charles and say whatever that means 🙄

Alex Rickinson: Only 26!!

George Booth: Mark Thatcher went missing on January 9th 1982 in the Sahara desert and was found on January 14th, the Falklands war began on April 2nd 1982. No chance of the facts spoiling a good story.

Louise Teather: Andrew…

sweet peaches: Totally aggravating from what I can tell with the only truth being there is a Queen Phillip, Charles, Anne Edward, Andrew, Diana and Margaret. Where’s the part that Diana “fell down the stairs” at Sandringham so the public knows Diana was not emotionally stable? Where’s the other women Charles was with when Camilla would resolve issues with her husband off and on? Where’s all the “fun” of Margaret? And Andrew? Oh and Charles was a “international playboy” prior to and all thru his marriage. ALL OF THIS WAS VERY PUBLIC KNOWLEDGE. Did the writer not have access to a single magazine thru any of these years? This show has almost nothing to do with real life that actually affected the person relationships of the ppl involved.

Dikha Thato CHIMBWETE: If everytime u tell ur partner you love them and they say whatever love means thats a red flag already.

Anna Clara: As always a great video

dude: The Crown showed Diana roller skating, not roller blading - two very different things.

Alex B: That pink hat on Diana looks glamorous. On Emma they just plopped it on her head like she was Minnie Pearl.

Lajosné Éva Szabó: Nagyon tetszet a film köszönöm csak a vègère hatalmas ür marat ès minded szereplö csodàlatos volt Èva

Helen Trope: Some things and timeline variations are added for dramatic purposes. However the joining of the timing of Falkland War with Mark Thatcher's disappearance, in order to make Thatcher seem like a woman too distracted by the disappearance of her son to focus on the war, was a bit of a cheap shot and stereotypical trope about women leaders (too emotional and not rational enough)

Lianne VH: Have you seen young William? He looks so much at the real one that time!

Lee Bennett: This adaptation is a lie

suby suby: dianaspeaks.info https://twitter.com/Diana6197Davis?ref_src=twsrc%5Egoogle%7Ctwcamp%5Eserp%7Ctwgr%5Eauthor

Dave Lee: What a load of fictional crap it's all supposition and fabrication

Mansoor Yousaf: What a ridiculous video

Angela Davis: 0:32 Omg this superbike, must see this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EGwrhrG35dI

Haley Lim: Queen Elizabeth should listen to Princess Magaret. Should stoped thier wedding.

Sonoma Wine Tour Drivers: Dianna was a kid....

Sonoma Wine Tour Drivers: The Queen is divine......don't forget

ลิ้นจี่หน้าหอ: Michael Fagan episode is the best for me

mgparis: Rollerskating, not blading

R Missy: thanks saved me the research

Darth Plagueis: It is pretty much 1991. The series end on December 25.

Lisa Gee: Ooo AAA it is not the year 0000 so this is not pick a boo what happens when you have friends over there over there over there I'm not going to start

60sTeen: When the cracks in their marriage became public it was reported Diana had wanted to call off the wedding a couple of weeks before it occurred. Story had it that her sisters said,”It’s too late, Dutch. Your face is on the dish towels.” They were together thirteen times before he proposed? And when he asked her she giggled,”Yes, please.” Also, ‘story has it.’ And this guy didn’t already KNOW Charles said,”Whatever love means” at the presser!?!? You don’t have to watch much footage from the time to see that.

Andrew Creates: Thanks for this! I looked up a few things, but this is way more convenient.

Big Bulk: "Daddy loves you very much"....has to be the creepiest ending of all YouTubers.

Ridma Hoq: It was such a good season. Only the Margaret Thatcher portrayal was bad.

H. A.: You sound just like Bachelor Fantake...🤔🤔

l p: We invite you to watch this cute video, it is very very beautiful they will love https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K0Y7l3yLeYQ

glt 63: this is a really good vid. i still learned some stuff even though i have already read other articles and watch vids about the differences cinematically and historically. good job. thank you for the vid 😁

Andy Irwin: If Charles was even half of the petulant spoiled man child as portrayed in this series then he deserves all the scrutiny he has gotten and more.

Sierra Rowe: I wonder why they nixed the fact that Charles was into her enough to kiss her a bunch after she offered her condolences. Definitely would've been some very different on screen relationship dynamics.

Intan الماس: That Black dress youre looking for was a Dark Green Velvet dress she put up for that Auction at Christie's. Look for it. https://youtu.be/SJpzUsq6SOk I dont know if the timeline in the show is accurate (bcos u said season 4 stretched only up till 1990) , since the dress was designed in 1992.

Jennetteish -: Prince Charles is a bad person I like your channel

123haninhk: Too bad they didn’t focus on Sarah Ferguson much. In many stories, Diana and Sarah were like “friends” because they were coming from the same position. I kinda wanna see Sarah Ferguson’s downfall after being depicted as a wild card in the Royals to a corrupt duchess.

Bartycrouch: There are several omissions and inaccuracies. For example, there is an episode where Thatcher tells the Queen there were no casualties on Falkland's war and Argentine soldiers were retreating, several British soldiers died in the conflict. They also hide completely Thatcher's economic boom in the UK, taking the liberty of faking a conversation between the Queen and the looney that climbed through the window about the PMs miserable treatment of poor people. Talking about Mr. Crazy, they only explained that he stood for 3 months on the mental hospital but nothing about him sent to prison after fighting vs a police officer or serving 4 years later on because of trafficking drugs, I guess all is worth for the greater good of creating a Martyr. Let's move to Charles and Camila, it was recognised by Diane that Prince Charles thoughts were for Camila but he didn't cheated for as long as they were married, however Lady Di was usually seen with several men during her marriage.

Annel Torres: Loved it !

Leticia Garcia: I always felt bad for Princess Diana. I remember all the photos of her looking so miserable. The paparazzi chased everywhere she went which led her to untimely death.

Syria Rahman: Who cares??? Crown does tremendous job. Each and every cast did justice to their characters . I am more than satisfied.

myfriends8008: Charles went from real life ugly to hollywood okay looking and they did the opposite to diana

luca souza: can someone explain to me how it was implied andrew was the queens favorite child? i didnt catch that.

stahp pls: They should have gone with the BFFs to enemies route with Diana and Camilla. With her complete loneliness and isolation in her early days in the palace, finding a friend only to find she's been betrayed is a pretty good plot

Muhamad Tarmizi: Am i only person thinking that camila is ugly in that series😂

L.A. Hauer: Quick correction: The Frankie Valli song is called "Can't Take My Eyes Off of You." Not "I Love You, Baby."

L.A. Hauer: It feels like though Season 4 was set between '79 and '90, it was made with the modern world in mind, making a lot of parallels between what was happening back then and what is still happening right now, especially considering that the US and the world are still recovering from the consequences of Reagan and Thatcher's economic policies. It's a really impeccably made show; the showrunners and actors should be very proud of the final product. I'm just sad that we have to wait until 2022 for Season 5 )':
