Jesus paid a great price for our salvation and He wants people who would worship him in spirit and in truth. Some of our customs are good but if we claim to be Christians, then we should trust in the Lord only as we have direct access to him not through priests or so called prophets who may have lying tongues! I am not familiar with royalty practices in Igboland but I know that only members of the royal household could be crowned and this cannot be bought. In Yorubaland we have lineages that have direct access to the throne. and it is only members of those households who could be crowned. Money does not buy a good name or righteous living!
