Every Stranger Things Plot Hole That Season 4 Could Fix

Toxic - ᎬᎠᏆᎢ'Ꮪ: Here's my theory, you know when Hopper *DIED* at the end of Season 3. I have this theory where he didn't did he went to the other world where the DEMOGORGON'S live.Написать
The big oof: For the plot hole of how the mind flayer died, lemme explain what I believe happened. When Eleven closed the gate in season 2, a part of the mind flayer got stuck in Hawkins, and couldn't do anything until the Russians started to open the gate. Then that part of the mind flayer could connect back with it's brain and started growing. So when the gate was cutt off again, the body in Hawkins was cutt off from the brain in the upsidedown. That's how I understood it, and I'm pretty sure that's what happened. I could be wrong though lol.
The big oof: With the Russians plot hole of season 3, the mayor had a deal with the Russians, so he probably helped them get through good ol' small Hawkins almost unnoticed.
Joe Vines: I assumed the Russians have been in town for as long as the mall.
jrch mgn: Wow wow wow wow..............wow.
Abhishek Gupta: what jerk sounds like
Ben Cobert: You can just try on clothing without buying it ya know.
Fosuke M: Season 3 was entertaining but kinda bad
Bryant Lewey: I always viewed the show as trying to capture campy 80s movies in the same theme, so anything that would’ve happened in a goofy 80s movie totally flies in my book.
Andrew P: The whole season 3 "Russians" plot was a mess. And it was racist. They were the Soviet Union back then, not "Russians." The writers clearly had alternative bias of modern days to mislabel as such. And yeah, no way they could build a mall in the US. The Soviet Union didn't understand commerce well enough to feed their own people. I remember listening to an actual Soviet Union spy talk about how much a find smuggling in a phone book from the west was. Once they did, they didn't even know what it was! And Hawkins Glen had CIA there with the power company in the 1st two seasons, how could they miss the Soviets? Not to mention small town organized crime elements who often corner construction projects like malls back then in middle America. They would've sounded the alarm for sure. One crooked mayor couldn't pull it off. Just a mess of a season. And racist.
Banana Fett: You even know what a plot hole is?
Blunder: My theory is the gate moves around. We know when Billy was about 7 or 8, the gate was in California. That would give it a lot of time to move around. I think the reason the gate stayed at the Russian lab was because it was trying to get opeed, so it needed to stay still.
Tyler Marks: Russians during the 80s look at putin
Patrick C: Season 3 was meh
retluoc: What? Everyone knows you ALWAYS fire at Will!😄
SSamuel: I feel so bad for Will's mom in season 1&2 😂
Emmanuel Safari: Bruh are these demigorgans just manifested brain tumours from the kids coma induced state
Anonym: How to fix Stranger things plot holes? Stop watching after season one
Manx36: I always assumed that Will is a hybrid and that’s why they are attracted to him. His mom isn’t the choosiest of people so she hooked up with someone who was possessed/infected by the mind-flayer unbeknownst to her and Will was made as sort of a permanent gateway. Have we ever seen a demigorgon actually try to kill Will or are they just drawn to him 🤷🏾♂️
Quixote: The dog died. It's even in an article on your site.
Brit: “Fresh faced friends”???
Shoshana Loomer: I think the dog just went away. Wasn't important to the story. That's it
Leandro Ponsano: 1. There wasn’t blood because the demogorgon didn’t “hunt” will, he actually kinda bumped into him, since Will was going in the direction of the Lab, where the monster had just escaped from. 2. Don’t consider that a plot hole, the dog was just irrelevant lol 3. First, what Dustin heard was probably coming from a Walkie, remember that the mall was full of Russian guards and they used walkie-talkies to communicate with the facility underground. And bruh radio in the 80’s could definitely surpass that distance haha 4. They did it on secret because fricking Mayor Kline was corrupt and made it easy for them. 5. I don’t get your point here. Regarding the fake body… government really had the tech to extend the limits of mind and create supersoldiers, but you doubt that they could make a doll that looked like Will? I agree with the other ones, still irrelevant details tho
Nuclear Bomb 1945: BARELY AN INCONVENIENCE.
Earnest scribbler: How exactly did Will escape being killed by the Demogorgon in the first episode, when he was trapped in a shed?
Dennis Vader: These are just nitpicks with no bearing to the story. The next season doesn't need to answer any of that crap. Really scraping the bottom there guys.
Judah Buxton: the fake body double was the hawkins lab trying to protect their shady operations from the public eye
Jeremy: Movie magic should not be included as plot holes.
Landon Srp: Can we get a the boys pitch meeting
Technological Penguin: The dog was probably eaten by the demogorgan
josabby474: The dog was in the living room with Joyce when she put up the Christmas lights, it went to Castle Byers, likely sensing Will was hiding there in the funeral episode, it was also there in the last scene eating ham. The Duffers confirmed the dog died between season one and two. I guess for sites like screen rant, not paying attention to things and having a lack of imagination because you need everything spoon fed to you equated plot holes.
Fernando Giubilei (master x 2k): Maybe Will was on his period
3 Teams Media: Explain the plot hole of the station wagon getting back to the mall and the characters getting set up for battle on the second floor so quickly for the finale showdown.
coin kid: So you have just become TVsins
T Su: Please clean up everything happened in season 3
unacomn: Here's an even bigger plot hole. Why did I click on this video expecting actual plot holes?
Fardin Alam: More stranger things videos please.
Challis Fannin: Me too
sibani panigrahy: Will fell from a bike while running away from something in the woods. I think he did hurt himself
R H: I still haven't finished episode 3
e yeet09: And yet i haven't even finished season 3
Bambino Cinéfilo: Plot Holes are TIGHT!
Fabrizio Pedani: The demogorgon follows Will because the show has to happen.
Giovanni Balbosa-Mc Intosh: It took Will randomly because he was near it fools
Adam Luke: There’s definitely some stranger things that happened in the show...
Giovanni Balbosa-Mc Intosh: You again
Toxic - ᎬᎠᏆᎢ'Ꮪ: Early Gang
Paddydagoat: Early gang
Tyler Hackner: I can’t wait for season 4!
Vaid530: More Stranger Things
Actros Kharis: When ur so early that the like count is more than the viewer count
Austin V.: I was disappointed that the Mind Flayer was so tiny in season 3. In Will’s dream, the Flayer was in the clouds however in season 3, the Mind Flayer fit inside the mall. I hope the Flayer is much larger going forward.
Bal Rayat: Blame Jean Luc Picard. He always demanded we fire at Will.
Lord Venjix: Stranger Things is famous for harboring some sizeable plot holes. Stranger Things has been critically acclaimed throughout its 3 seasons thanks to a killer cast of adults and kids alike, as well as consistently compelling storytelling that - despite strong pacing and clever twists - does occasionally feature some annoying plot holes. Some of the biggest cropped up in Stranger Things' third season, which upped the action and scope of the show to an unprecedented extent. But well before its action-packed third outing, Stranger Things boasted some smaller plot holes that were nonetheless difficult to dismiss.
