Charlie Platt: double tap1 was part of mule kick. if I had a gun that had a fast fire rate and gave me a lack of ammo I would make more zombies drop ammo. I say double tap 1 was the perk because its nostalgic and fits with the theme. also trench nerfs things.

You can call me Toxic but most of the BO4 perks put a bad taste in my mouth when I think about them. I hope that they just revamp a already existing *BETTER* perk.
