Uttara Kumari: Indian idol? Ha! Ha! It's Sony Idol! Or is it Idle? Favouritism, politics, bias ( even by a judge... who made three contestants sing for his album and released it even before the contest was over. How can he judge after that?) We never saw him applaud Shanmukha. But if it was his fave contestant, he would jump from his seat and gush and gush... It means...vahan sab kuch chalta hai. Who even said it was a music show? It was dramebazi out and out to win TRPs. Shanmukha in 6th position? That is the joke of the year. Shanmukha was first trolled by the channel...making her always sing last, edit out her songs or cut her air time drastically. Of course , there was time for pakodas, laddus, fake romance (I pity the two who had to do all this). Shanmukha doesn't need such tarnished trophies. She will shine and shine and rock the world.

She was far better than Pawandeep then how come she didn’t win? Track back and see except for one sourabhee debbarma no girl has managed to win the title! Why?? Are girls not good singers?? As far as I know Indian idol is a “SINGING SHOW”! No wonder ppl like Vishal, neha kakkar, javed akhtar sunidhi chauhan never returned to judging this show! So my question as an international viewer is “does India think that girls can never be their idol!?” N are not worthy of representing India abroad!? How come in these 12 seasons there’s only one girl who managed to win the title!? Biased results!! I think even if shanmukha had played all the instruments in the world n did some ankh mataka with a co contestant even then she wouldn’t have managed to win the title! Maybe sourabhee won my mistake maybe the makers wanted to make a boy as winner but by mistake they declared her as the winner!! Pawandeep can become a good composer or maybe a music director if he works hard but definitely not a playback singer! Also looking back at all the winners of Indian idol they were all rock stars those who were confident n were great performers whereas Pawandeep is not a performer! He’s the first idol who after forgetting the lines, being expressionless, yet instead of getting criticism n gaining negative points has bagged all the positives!! Whereas shanmukas one song got her Criticism how fair it is!! 👏 … secondly with utmost respect n being kishore kumar’s fan yet il say amit kumar should not be called on such shows! Lata ji an excellent singer a legend can she sing or do justice to kishore kumar’s songs?? No! Can Amit kumar do justice to his father’s songs!? No!! Because what kishore kumar ji could do Lata ji can’t they are legends yet they have their own unique style! N that is what makes them a legend! Right!? Then how can amit kumar even think that these contestants could do 100% justice!? Did he think all will sing like kishore kumar ji?? Yet to understand his criticism !!! Coming back to Indian idol well arunita has the playback voice ok she can sing for actresses maybe her voice might fit well on few same goes for sayli Shanmuka can do her concerts n maybe sing for few as well but the question is who will Pawandeep sing for!? Most people may not have much knowledge of music notes and ragas so they do understand the music based on their favorite songs or popular songs, you already become as Indian Idol for all judges & Guests (who have knowledge of music) because they know your genius singer but to get popularity in voting you need to compromise selection of songs which are popular and famous with imitating voice like Kumar Sanu, Alka Yagnik, Udit Narayan and etc then people give votes without music knowledge also. I really appreciate your dedication towards music, wish you all the best for your future. Bad luck is you did not get songs as per your talent and music knowledge. It not your faulty

venti_: im a half japanese person, living in india. oh lord i cannot say how much i love SMP. she rocks pop music, i don't get how she scored so low. it's just some statics, but, it felt like giving a pity to pop music in india. these days, teenagers like pop in india but old adults prefer classical which is completely fine but i hate how people throw shame on her for being loud, i gave her 100 votes every hour because i just wanna be friends with her so bad, not because of her fame, her personality. she seems like a genuinely nice person and a playful one too.
