For example, Nisha is paired with Aari as partners, Archana and Anitha, Rio and Shivani and pair others accordingly as well. Then have a condition that Nisha, Aari can not have conversation with the teams of Archana and Anitha, Rio & Shivani Team, and one more team. They can have conversation with other teams. So, it will help them to get to know each other and not get influenced by their current gangs. If they do this task for 2-3 weeks and have the tasks based on these team set-up, the contestants get to know each other and be fair in their games and inside the BB house as well. But you have to make sure that the Gang members are not paired together in order to avoid the influence.
