Alexander Davies: They just don't even care about the story anymore. IW set up and was relatively meticulous with their storytelling and treyarch just decided to ignore all of it and logic itself. Also, I'm very disappointed that we never got to see the FAL: the most iconic weapon of the cold war alongside the AK, the right arm of the free world, and instead we got multiple WW2 guns, several guns from decades after the cold war ended, and several that were straight up made up imaginary guns. And no FAL.

Dillon C: I'm not really a fan of the weapons they're bringing into this season. Yeah the Galil is cool, but they almost always go with an AR, SMG, and a special sort of weapon in ths mid season. I loved how Modern Warfare mixed up the weapons, including enough weapons for every class.

Blitz Krieg: I say level the whole place for good. We have been stuck on the same map literally for years now right? Yea they changed what color the buildings were for CW but otherwise nothing. I'm just ready for a new map where people haven't done the same window hop from a crate that they did 12 seasons ago. Every rock, building, painting on a wall totally memorized. It was so much fun when the game was new and we were all exploring. Still places on the map you had never seen. It's time for something new.

CZC: idk why, but they used the r4 model for the galil, like the r4 was licenced by iwi to be a galil variant, but it's original purpose was to be a replacement for the fn fal variant (r1) which is what the fara irl is designed to take after... so we essentially got teased with a fal twice lmao

Martin Dübner: I would love to see Warzone 2 just be a new and seperate game, that is distinct from Warzone as well as Vanguard as its own Standalone. The classic Warzone just stays, so people can still play and get the nostalgic experience and buy bundles, but doesn't get any further content. A cool twist would be if they would cycle through the Season Changes again automaticly and on a faster pace, Kind of like a Prestige for the game, to experience it all over again. Wouldn't take the Developers any work so they can focus all on Warzone 2 while Fans can still enjoy the first entry.

BlackTears: Ace, I'm pretty sure that Verdansk '84 is a hallucination or dream of some sort in Price's head. I think this is supported since Cold War has a Price operator as an adult, a full year before he was born. My assumption is that the destruction of Verdansk '84 will wake Price up and bring him to modern day, where Verdansk is already destroyed because of the zombie invasion. Not sure how they transition to Pacific from there. Maybe just an abandoned WW2 era island that they escape to or something. End of the day, Verdansk '84 and the events we see are likely not real. The hallucination is likely some kind of result of exposure to torture/radiation or Numbers related mind manipulation.
