Eric Sander: I knew Launchpad was never the brightest star in the sky, but really? He's never heard of Halloween? I also love how Donald's being the sensible one compared to Della. It makes me think of the cartoon where he got enchanted by a friendly witch for being rude to the nephews on Halloween. That Donald is so different from this Donald. By the way, the way Della behaves in this episode is exactly why I don't like Halloween. Some people take it too seriously and make it look too frightening. At least Della saw how wrong she was before Launchpad actually hurt someone (and when he humbled Scrooge). Halloween's supposed to be a fun reminder that there's nothing to be afraid of but our imagination.

CallionDisney Hediger: Donald seriously set his foot down for Della’s stupid idea of “scaring” children. About his words, “I can’t let you do it!”, I think he still has a PTSD that Della’s ignorance of his protest and gone in space, all thanks to Scrooge. I chose Donald for the best father figure who’s truly protect and cares for his kids and not Della at all, because of her overly adventurous spirit and don’t need for the boys’ safety (except she’s afraid of losing them in Moonvasion).
