He then so horribly mismanaged the funds of the district such that the entire diamond throne was given away to buy mycellium. And now, he has lost the Turfwar. (there is also the question of how related forcing people to buy a road pass is and hiring an enforcer to try to force people to pay mob style, and if that also questions his mayorship) And now, the principle gets ignored and forgotten.
