ondank: This arc is so incredible so far as I feel sympathy for everyone. Even the commander who clearly wanted to minimise casualties, was genuinely concerned for Falco and Gabi's safe and put himself between the scouts and pieke. To make us feel sympathy for someone like after how he was introduced is great writing. Even Zeke feels like he has a larger motivation beyond the sadism from season 2 and 3. But I feel nothing for Galliard. Absolutely nothing. Had anyone else been made to do something so brutal I would have been sad. He killed Ymir. He had a moan at Reiner ... Seemingly just for coming back. And his hubris of buying into titan invisibility makes him feel pathetic to me. I actively want someone to take his powers, if only to go back to historia and share Ymirs full memories with her. Hopefully I am not the only one who feels that way haha

It took us a while to realize what Isayama was actually going for, but you actually caught up very early on on the fact that there are no good guys or bad guys. Just different people with different motivations, and a very tragic story of death and destruction. That’s awesome, loving your reactions and commentary!
