Bernadette Medany: Fantastic trailer for season 2. Season 1 was amazing, such a rich adaptation of the first half of the first of Anne Rice’s vampire chronicles books. Acting, writing, cinematography, original music, costumes, sets… everything award worthy. Now this trailer shows that the next season is going to explore the world of the theatre des vampires - this looks incredible. Not just a horror show, but one that delves into the psyche of these creatures of the night, and how they deal with immortality and loss. Highly recommended. Sam Reid, Jacob Anderson, Assad Zaman, Eric Bogosian from S1 all superlative and to be joined by even more remarkable actors in 2024. Time to catch up or watch S1 again!
