@user-cv3ke7so8e: Okay, but I am triggered about how Lestat didn't look scary, like a zombie, like he was skinny, monster looking, like in the book, after his encounter with Louis. When his throat was cut, he looked like the monster he is, not some handsome dude still, like he looked in the trailer. Maybe it's Armand's memory fooling Louis. Even the movie made Lestat look scary after his throat was cut off. I don't like that he looked the same, I was hoping it was accurate, like he was scary, as Louis had mentioned. Edited: I hope if it is Lestat turn to tell his side of the story, all of my anger toward Lestat in the tv show, makes me love him, like in the book. Right now, I still don't like THIS Lestat. I still love Tom Cruise's version, because it was accurate.

@tran_quinn463: As an audience who has not read the novel, I love this series. It has a great cast, a great production team, and a very engaging script. I know adapting a novel into a series is never easy. Even the most famous and best series have some changes in content and characters... And so, I watch this series with a pleasant, happy mind, and no judgment. I'm looking forward to season 2. To understand better, I rewatched season 1 about a dozen times. The more I watch, the more I love the characters and actors. I hope time will pass quickly so I can see Lestat, Louis, and Armand again soon. It will be a wonderful moment.
