Still, we all to see aspects of the old badass Hawk for sure and good things can come from bad times in life. I do think they need to not let him go back to season one when he was Eli. We want good Hawk who acts like a real man, but we need that confidence and over the top cheese alpha BS a lot of the characters have in the show lol. I just don’t like him saying sorry and letting people walk over him. Like I said, he is trying to remove the dark side years ago and obviously cares for Demitri. He hands down can get Demitri.

Season 4-6 Demetri has improved like crazy, and if Demetri and Hawk had a serious fight, it would be difficult for both. Demetri is def stronger than Kenny, and Devon. Although he would lose to Hawk, he still has a rlly good chance if they both took everything seriously, cause they both weren’t in this fight scene. Hawk was going easy, and Demetri was troubled by his emotions so he didn’t actually think what’s happening in the fight. As shown when he kicks Hawk, he didn’t even realize what he did until after the fact.

For anyone confused: In this episode, Demetri thinks he's been led on and sold a lie yet again by the person he trusted most and forgave for breaking his heart then maiming him. Demetri is so upset because Eli isn't all in on a future together like they've planned and talked about since childhood. So the shock of discovering Eli wants something (someone?) else has got Demetri in his feelings, understandably. He's also worried about Eli not planning and securing his own future so he can flourish in life, like you'd worry for any loved one, and he's even more worried about their relationship dying or estranging despite all the emotional work they put into reconnecting. All those fears feed into the anger and disappointment Demetri releases here.

It is to desexualize Asian men. They preach looks do not matter but always have conventionally attractive looking female and male actors get together. Guys, if you think that Demitri is participating in the tournament instead of Kenny, you have no concept of honor. Unlike Devon, he didn’t even show remorse after all this, and in fact, he is wrong in the situation with Hawk and decides for the two of them and he was offended by the harsh truth. He lost to Hawk and showed a despicable act. Kenny deserved to participate in the tournament, but not Demitri.
