@xenoviaquarta6312: I might be blind or something cause i see no new content available in this trailer. you get a blow blow gun and traps? okay and? how is a blow gun or a trap gonna make a difference? crouching is good, should have been a thing from the start but focusing an entire season to make stealth a mechanic for what reason? no crew will patrol as slow as shown in the trailer and most people will be able to hear a harpoon being launched on their ship so the idea of harpooning on and being sneaky is really not viable. Turning into a chest could be good but let's be real most players who have the slighest idea will occasionally swing at the loot pile just to be safe and check. Game needs content in the form of new world events. it doesnt need traps and stealth cause being a pirate isnt about being stealthy. People calling this the greatest season really makes me questions a lot of things about it. i have 4 thousand hours and let me tell you this is not the content veteran players need. anyone with over a few hundred hours doesn't give a damn about having a blowy weapon or a trap. we dont need new ways to do what we have been doing for the past 2 years, we need new things to do. this doesn't feel like a season pushing out new/more content it just feels like a stealth focused quality of life season. i've been going on and off with this game and for some weird reason i keep downloading it every few months just to check whats new or if anything that is interesting in the slighest was added. looks like its gonna be another season that will feel empty. crouching means tea-bagging and combine that with spamming rolls on deck laughing will just make the game more annoying (which i dont oppose but again i don't see the point), stealth feels useless when the whole concept of the game is to shoot gun, kill player take loot. Stealth if they wanna add it so much should have a secondary role in a season and not be the main focus. Harpoon guns im kinda mixed feelings about, some annoying islands surely will benefit from them but (and i say this without knowing exactly how they would work so my take might be right and might be wrong) using them to board if not done correctly will just break the game. checking ladders, hitting deckshots, timing the boarding with someone shooting blunders to get them off their guarding spots is what the game is and just being able to shoot a line and get on removes any of the thinking required before boarding a ship with people on. I read on a comment that it will only work with galleons and not on the other ships but i aint sure if thats legit or not so either way my take is that the harpoon gun will have its goods and bads. I find myself getting more and more dissapointed with the game and it hurts, but if rare doesnt wanna add new stuff into the game to make it feel renewed people who have more than a couple hundred hours will grow tired of it. And i have been the person to undergo the grind, i grinded arena, i grinded all companies to level 75 and then to 100, and then distinctions but it just feels too empty. doing the same things to reach level 500 essentially on all companies is too boring and grindy for little reward (you get rings congrats wow). i've done hourglass and curses and i've done majority of what the game has to offer. i even hunted for shrouded ghost, took me 4k hours hours but i found him. but of course rare dont worry about veteran players, blow dart and trap, sneaking around to avoid the SO HARD (sarcasm) pve and dont forget hanging from ledges. That's exactly what we needed. To anyone who takes the time to read this, these are the words of a salty pirate who continues getting dissapointed by a game he holds very dear. Thanks rare this might have been the last time i played your game.

@lucasservat8561: good luck for the next SOT your game is too much hard for me xD i cant start quest 3 times today a brig and 2 sloop agro me after 5 min, 20 min and last like less 20 min im solo player and this game is the most hard unfair game i ever played. i play overwatch it's easy i play rocket league it's fair game but this game when you are solo when you want just go for quest with emmisary is so painfull and hard.
