@UnmadeSophia: From a generic robotic villain straight from a Saturday morning cartoon (who was granted some shoehorned lore based on his catchphrase to make him morally complex) to what is basically a machine god genuinely seeking to "evolve" humanity by "perfecting" it through removing all sense of self and forcing everyone to become part of his now-infinite mind. An actual Glorious Evolution, taken to its most extreme and apocalyptic extent. New Viktor goes super hard. If this is his VGU I'll main him, and if this is a legendary skin I'll main him once I have a spare $20.
