@muinoel3335: A semi spoiler: that sound weakness doesn't turn off their powers, it just causes them great pain to the point they're unable to focus, like if they're flying they'll crash straight to the ground. And that's exactly why this type of contingency won't work against OmniMan. Aside from the obvious power difference, he lacks the psychological barriers Mark currently has and won't hesitate to explode the whole Pentagon with his sheer speed like he did against the Flaxans. If Cecil tries something like that, that is. Only reason this works on Mark, both in the comics, and in the show, as you'll see, is because of Mark's inexperience and Restraint. It's not a contingency plan for Viltrumites, it's a contingency plan for (current)Mark👍🏻
