Purple Skittles: The disparity between singing shows like this and the music industry in Nigeria is just embarrassing. Shows like this are 30 years behind with horrible productions, bad choice of singers and terribly mannered judges. Yet our music industry, Afrobeats to be specific is soaring. Maybe Nigerians should just forget about actually being able to sing and focus on “speaking” to good west African beats.
