Jack Penfold: I find it funny he gets my hero vibes from the stuff that technically isn't canon, the conversation between deku all might and bakugo was in the manga (the did change the dialogue a bit but that's usually what happenes), but the bit of endeavour fighting that car villian never happened, the conversation at the end with endeavour on the phone did happened however it was at endeavours agency

afroallura: I get your point about it “feeling” like filler, but all of this is canon. People were clamouring for 1B to get more focus for years, so Horikoshi (the mangaka) finally answered their wishes and gave them a full arc haha. All these side characters actually have stans by the way! It is fairly low stakes, and a nice contained arc that I personally really like, but it’s not everyone’s favourite! Also Match 3-5 are definitely a step up from 1 and 2 so haha, let’s goooooo!

Mist: about class B knowing their quirk. this is what class As teacher Aizawa would say "dont give a fk! a villain always knows what a hero's quirk" in that society heroes are made public, so they dont use that excuse even in provisional license exams where other schools know UAs quirk because UA is the only school featured in the sports festival which was broadcast throughout the country. :) anyways class A knows class Bs quirk as well, they trained together during the Muscular vs Deku fight

Aidin Softić: I read the Manga like a week before each episode. Most of this episode was Canon, about 90%. But small shit like Ochako floating Mina, Momo on the Hospital bed, and Tokoyami's pregame speech to Shoto didn't happen in the Manga. Endeavor is catching a villain, and texting Shoto, but the little kids weren't there. Although I prefer the kids being there, helps Endeavor's character development.

Federico Quiroz: It is not that they put filler, but that they are stretching many things to lengthen the chapter, it does not help that they always put recap or flashback out of nowhere that were not in the manga. That's because the chapters of this arc in the manga were relatively short. Class A knows their quirks (mostly), Iida literally said he knew Juzo could soften the floor but he didn't think it would work on ice. And no, it's not unfair, class B just prepared better, class A just basically underestimated class B and the situation in general.

Iida even talks about how the layer of ice is meant to cover Honenuki's softened ground before we're shown his quirk. It's just that Class B seem to be better strategists.

BikoTheAnimator: I just had the most stressful dream ever. It could be because spiderman homecoming was on tv. I was running from a man in the dream. The Rock Dwanye Johnson. He was playing as a character. I don't know who. I ran to the airport and tried to sneak on a plane to escape. They could not take off fast enough. I left the little box and kept running all the way down the air strip runway. He was still chasing behind me. I kept telling everyone I was being chase. Some did believe me and some couldn't help even if they tried. I ran to a forest with tall trees because I saw a herd of lions ahead. I figured if I run ahead of the lions they would see the man chasing me. The lions could not catch me either after they started chasing, but either they ignored the rock man or he fought them off. I had climbed a huge tree and waited for them to attack him because I knew lions are not great climbers. After that I tried the airport again. It almost worked but failed again. I ran all the way to my community college and I ran through some door at the back of the airport that led me to the second floor of the college. The rock man was still chasing me, but I was far ahead this time. I ran down to the first floor because I remember campus police were there. I ran in there and grabbed them by the arm and said a man is chasing me. Then two other people entered the small room. One was famous like Jamie Foxx or something. I whispered for him to leave because the rock man would notice. The room had windows in the door. The rock slowly came on door and I was hiding behind a chair. He pretended like he didn't know why he was there. I creeped over to one of the cops and grabbed a gun and pulled the trigger on the rock man. The safety lock was on and no bullets came out. I woke up with a headache and dizzy eyes. It felt like I ran for 3 hours in the dream

D3AniMs: I think the classes all have a vague idea of each other’s quirks due to the Sports Festival and the Summer Training Camp. Class A just hasn’t been able to focus on teamwork. Class B knows how to play off each other and adapt to the quirks of those around them, which is what heroes have to do since a bunch of them can end up on the scene at once. Class A, however, seems to be more nonchalant about this training whereas Class B is taking it serious (I think they mentioned that at the end of both fights, the ones at the Overhaul fight took it serious and if Tokoyami didn’t take this as just training they would’ve won) and it’s the quick thinkers that are standing out in these fights like Shinso, Momo, Tsu, Komori. Class A has “experienced” members that shine but Class B is just way more well rounded imo
