The Shining Knight in Armour: Best scene ever

Tofunmi Toyin-Gbede: I have a feeling like one of tally, Abby or Raelle will join the spree. It’s looking like Tally to me. It’s clear she’s losing faith in Alder and she’s questioning everything.

Tofunmi Toyin-Gbede: I’ll like to know what Nicte is trying to accomplish with these attacks cos it’s obvious she can’t kill Alder. Also why is she just attacking now feels like she could’ve done this before.

Sonia JP: It's clear that Alder knows how Tally is feeling about her and the whole situation, that the whole becoming a biddie out of free will to save her and not because she has been trained to be one like the other biddies has created an unexpected and unprecedented connection with Alder. Out beloved General has tried several times to put limits to Tally, not only military ones since she is a Cadet, but because she knows how dangerous it would be for both of them but specially for Tally if they come together in any capacity (#Talder). Calling Raelle an asset in front of her instead of daughter like she did earlier shows that when she is feeling vulnerable and that Tally is getting to close, she lashes out with something that she knows will piss of Tally. So, i don't want to hear about that the #Talder ship it's not appropiate because of the power dinamic and the age difference, because they are both adults and the power dinamic in between them it's constantly changing, since when Alder tries to pull rank on Tally of always falls flat.

CJ Mills: I am so excited to see if they dive into what exactly gives Tally this sight ability since it seems it isn’t “normal” sight

Candy’s Channel: It’s like Alder is trying to please Tally. Like trying to appease her, you know? This scene didn’t even have to happen but Alder wanted to talk to Tally. She can clearly see Tally’s admiration of her has gone south now.

jp jp: I love the fact Anacostia trusts Tally enough to not even wonder why she used a seed against one of the biddies, she just immediately called the guards, she knew if Tally attacked her (the biddy) there was a solid reason.

Christine Ikeda: Also, anybody else notice that earlier in the same day, Alder was in bad shape and not in uniform. Anacostia told her that Tally was on her way back. by the time Tally shows up, Alder was all composed, in uniform, chilling at a desk, as if she wasn’t crying out in pain hours earlier?? Maybe Alder trying to look good for Tally

Christine Ikeda: Tally keeps making bids for their closeness and Alder can’t really hide the fact that she cares for Tally, but also keeps pushing her away. The complexity in this shot, Alder clearly trying to be sweet to Tally, but then when she feels close to her, pushes her away with the “asset” thing.

Brandon: Wait why does no other which have their scry? You would think high ranking witches would have tons of powers especially Anacostia considering she taught Tally her scry in basic.

James Shively: Tally seems way more powerful than we or she understands as of yet.

JessyLostHerPen: There is a stiffness here that I think Alder is putting on. I feel like she is focusing on building Tally up to be a soldier. She's trying to get her to accept the mindset of war and understand how many decisions in the military aren't black and white. When you're in battle you don't want to take time to question when hesitation means lives lost. I'm curious to see how this continues to develop. AND I WANT A THIRD SEASON!!!!

Lauren Sass: Let's not forget Alder called Raelle her daughter when she spoke to Anacostia, then purposely said asset when speaking to Tally cause there's still some tension between them after Tally barged into her office and disrespected the general of the army. But we love Tally and Alder, so true.

estela007: is anyone wondering if nicte was just the chaotic version of tally? I mean both of them knows dark story about alder but while tally went for the neutral way, nicte went for the chaotic way (maybe becuase she knows what alder did). it just feel like nicte and tally have that in common but are two faces of the same coin. One choosing the pasive way and the other choosing the agresive way
