Spoilers, at one point in the movie they changed from the normal prehistoric Zords to ninja jungle animal Zords. That's why this version of Adam is a Ninja.

Adam looks really sick, but its an odd choice, given two other ninja series haven't been included in this game yet. Poisandra... is an interesting choice. I don't know if she's really that popular, being from a recent season. She's not a main villain or even a main general type, but more of a comedy villain (at least in the Japanese version, haven't watched much Dino Charge)
