The “Big Loop” is referring to the map changing back to Chapter 1 Season 1, then going through each season. So Chapter 1 Season 1 all the way to this season. This would explain duplicates of Jonsey. Agent Jonsey goes into the Zero Point to try and stop people from escaping or figuring out how to. The plan doesn’t work out and the Zero Point finally finish transforming into the original map, reseting everyones memories and sending the Hunters and Agent Jonsey back to their dimensions, wiping their memories and reverting time to when the map was created. Except the Zero Point keeps a duplicate of Agent Jonsey, reseting his memory and sending him to fight in the loop. The different Jonsey’s are caused by a single difference in action of what the Jonsey’s do, basically the butterfly effect. The Zero Point may have made a duplicate to have new fighters for its loop. Edit: The Zero Point makes duplicates of everyone who enter.
