Gaming Time: In the end I thought jinx died because of the energy of death rocket. I cried so much but I remembered she drinked one of those purple poison so she wouldnt die. Im so glad that Vi, Jinx are alive. Also Silco's Death was also sad. He wasnt good man, but for his daughter jinx was a father, a hero.

Kodakie: This show is perfection! I thought Into the Spider-verse was the pinnacle of animation until I saw this. Great movie. Arcane, however, was breath taking. A master class in animation, pacing, character and world building. The talent of the animators is incredible.

Josh Christopher: Silco does live Jinx as his daughter, he wants to fire Vi to stop making her go more insane, but Jinx fires Silco back to let Vi live, Vi has to learn that Power is gone and accept that she is Jinx now, just like Silco love her as Jinx while they both created Jinx but she choose and want to become Jinx and other's love for being who she really wanna be. But in the end, the person loves her the most, dead, with Vi unacceptance, with all conflict between Pil and Zayn that drives her into madness, so, she fire her ultimate anger at Piltover, so they will remember this day and will never blind their eyes on Zayn ever again, she showed them, just like Silco said

Cinemanalysis: Jinx Vs. Ekko was #1 for me. I know it's not necessarily a pivotal story moment, but in terms of pushing the boundaries that are defining Arcane, nothing else came close. The animation, the sound design and the STORYTELLING with practically no dialogue that they managed to pack into two minutes was just amazing.

death'seye: I hate silco; mainly because of what he has done. It's when he shows a lot of care towards jinx that I find it really hard to hate him. In the last act I thought he was just saying thing to make her stay by his side. With his dying breath, you can just feel and hear how much he really cared for her.

Trailblazer Lazer Razer :D: Silco's death was similar to Ninja Turtles when we find out how much Shredder actually cares about Karai. She was Splinter's daughter or in other versions his Master Hamato Yoshi's child. But in his rage against his enemy, Shredder chose some kind of Twisted Love. And chose Karai as the only thing he loved in the world, trusting and forgiving her more than any of his other Lieutenants for their Blunders - like Hun of the Purple Dragons or the mad scientist Professor Baxter Stockman, and others whom he's had beaten or tortured relentlessly for their defeats at the hands of the Turtles, despite his own failures at destroying them and taking over NYC. Especially with some versions showing him genuinely caring or saying he built his empire up for her to inherit. I think the same goes for Silco. Powder became Jinx, falling ever steadily into the darkness. Haunted by her past mistakes and the family she lost, not knowing or caring that her Father's Nemesis and former friend turned Underworld figure - Silco, is the main reason why her family was even threatened, besides the Enforcers coming for them. But as her mind was tortured and her body was twisted by the Shimmer made by “the Professor”, she healed physically and almost lost her mind completely. Turning her guns on her other other father because like Caitlyn breaking loose from her bonds and grabbing Jinx's Gatling gun. To shut up her sister and bring back the child he raised, Silco got loose and tried to take out Violet/Vi. He made himself a threat and Jinx's instincts took over. She lost control. And once again lost pretty much the only family she had left.

André Santos: Silco started as a vilain but died a dad in my mind! I ended act I wishing him dead, and when he died i actually felt like he was incredible.

Brandon Cady: Not bad picks but i think you guys completely misinterpreted Silco's character. While he is certainly an antagonist willing to do evil things to achieve his goal, he is still a man capable of love and doing things out of more than cunning reasons. I dont think his adoption of Jinx was "opportunistic" no, he found a girl that felt as betrayed as he once did with Vander, so he took her and genuinely cared for her. Right before his death i think he desperate grab for the gun was because he saw how Vi's words were hurting Jinx. Silco was a man that believe the ends justified the means and it was Jinx and Jinx alone that made him feel that some prices are too much for any end. Truly a fantastic character and one of the best and complex antagonist ive seen in awhile.

An animated series caused me to have an emotional reaction. It’s the best thing to happen to me and I’ve had a 3-way in a hot air balloon. It’s something that has touch my core and changed my being. Well done, Riot. We will wait for season 2 but please release it as a continuation of this epic art piece and not some shit show cash grab.
