I believe that Johnny is Kreese Son, I think that the girl that kreese helped from getting slapped by her jock boyfriend and latter became his girlfriend is Jhonny’s mother, because he was at war and she got pregnant she felt like she had no choice but to get back together with her ex boyfriend who apparently is from a wealthy family to avoid the shame and hardship of being a single mother in the 60’s, that’s why Jhonny step dad bullied him because he hates kreese! Now there is a cycle going on in Johnny rejecting Kreese and Robby rejecting Johnny. At least that is my takeaway from Kreese backstory being explained.

tangbein: Season 4 will show us Hawk getting rid of his mohawk cut and go back to his old Eli look.He needed that cut to make up for his insecurities around his lip-deformation. Now he has overcome that insecurity.

Mordecha Lev: The one thing I found strange is they named the root of Cobra Kai as Tang Soo Do. Tang Soo Do carries a blue belt in place of a black belt seeing that black is representative of death and blue was learned as peace. I like the take that the little girl saved in the Karate Kid 2 is ultimately the person that saves Dannie's business. I'm also believing that unless Johnny & Danny do a lot of talking, the new found unity will be short lived since there training methods so far have been way opposing....

Simon Wakefield: When Cobra Kai was first announced I thought it sounded an awful idea but the Showrunners have done such an amazing job with it that rather than detract from the original movies actually makes the movies better by making the world richer. Certainly now going back and watching the originals Kreese will have much more depth, he isn't just a stereotypical 80's bad guy, he is a bad guy with layers that makes a well-rounded character and that makes the character an even better bad guy imho. I do wonder if there is truth in the letter saying she died. We never saw the letter and it could be a variety of things including perhaps telling Kreese she was pregnant. If it was something like that telling the truth would motivate him to fight but telling him the one thing he had of any worth to go home to was dead could have distracted him. That does make me wonder if perhaps Tori is Keese Granddaughter not Terrys (Unless Silver fell on hard times why would he let his daughter and grand kids struggle financially after all) I thought with the doctor fake out we weren't getting Ali this season so for her to then suddenly show up was great. We are running out of characters to bring back mind you for future, Terry Silver seems like he will be coming back but that leaves what Mike Barnes and Jessica as the only obvious people to revisit. Suppose as The Next Karate Kid is cannon that they could get Hilary Swank back as Julie (Seeing as they have established Mr Miyagi was in Daniels life until he died and was still alive after Same was born you would imagine Daniel would at least know of her)
