GameSpot Universe: 0:00 Intro 0:15 How Season 3 Ended 1:18 What We Know About Season 4 2:44 Season 4 Predictions 7:02 Questions We Want Answered

The Facts Oven: there will be no season 4

Michael Manus: I went along with seasons 1 and 2 and enjoyed the raw facet and a slight shift of perspective of the Federation and allies. Season 3 was well, had so many opportunities lost and some really disappointing things happen - the reason for the burn was well, just lame for a lack of a better word. However to eclipse the latter, one would have Michael in one year end up with a wig and or attachments which makes no sense and certainly she would not be able to grow that much hair on her own and sport a 2021 style. Her language and mannerisms too have shifted and while we know its a new world, its more akin, again, to 2021. This makes her character boring boring boring.

Ballas George: I predict that the Dilithium planet will blow up. Either by accident, mischief or simply because they have to, for X reason.

Ertunç Özvural: I think that we can see a Terran-human war. Philipa has been sent somewhere. She is significant character. She will come back without doubt.

AArdy AArdvark: There will be no season 4

Locutus of Conservativeness: The actress who plays Tilly has just come out that she is lesbian

Locutus of Conservativeness: Can anybody answer this question... Are the Borg non-binary??

Junayd Juman: Someone should do to Star Trek what The Mandalorian did for Star Wars.

Woodward Anderton: One ship that can travel anywhere in the galaxy in a moment, huh? Why stay in the Milky Way? Andromeda is near by, by Discovery standards.

Woodward Anderton: So, in Star Trek Voyageur, the Doctor gets the mobile emitter which is 29th century tech but now Discovery is in 32nd century and no holographic people???? Well, there is, one that we know of when the Federation alliance was being talked about with the green woman. But, that's it.

Steve Fettuccine: hmmmm wish list - new writers, different production company, more ensemble focus, episodic and more wonder/awe/'trek'

David Bailey: The best way to fix the show is to cancel it. The writers don't care about Star trek and constantly steal ideas from other shows and short stories with disastrous results. Ironically a show that's supposed to be about diversity ends up segregating it's core audience.

Carlos Maxwell: I think it would make sense to see the return of the MACOs...the Federation would need their presence...thoughts?

B S: Cancelled. It is crap.

Nicholas Burns: Grudge is not a cat, Grudge is a Firkin. Seriously... ...Gary 7?

disideratum: If they won’t bring back Ryn I hope they will at least bring back the actor for a recurring role. He did an amazing job with the Ryn character and obviously gets SciFi. He even did a great job having prosthetics for the first time! Mask work in acting is a rare skill. Obviously Juilliard trained! Very sad about how they dealt with Ryn. Osyraa’s death was lackluster after all that building up.. Aurelio’s character could really develop. I think we’re going to learn that Osyraa was pregnant with his child. So interesting character arc.. Not only dealing with loyalties on the outside but a physical disability, betrayal and grief. Also willing to bet that Grudge is going to be like Gary 7’s cat from TOS. One minute a cat, the next literally a (previously) endangered humanoid queen.

Off Grid Urb: I still think Gabrielle is Michael Burnham.... Also I'm not sure how but I think Admiral Vance is some how related to Michael too. Mark my words.

Juri Gagarin: STD is Star Trek for mentally handicapped people. It is so bad it hurts

NuclearLetsPlay: Burnham is maybe the worst pick for a captain they could have made.

Callum Bush: Kurtzman and Abrahams are talentless hacks!

Celsi: I wish you would stop calling Discovery "Star Trek". Cancel the show and ask Seth McFarlane to make a good, new Star Trek show - HE knows how to, while Kurtzman doesn't. Discovery and the flop show Picard have proven this.

Raja Muhammad Zulhaiqal Raja Mazlan: I think the klingons already joined the federation... Did you realize in FHQ when the meeting with all the captains.

seb charb: star trek season 4 : Tilly gets spaced is a good start.

Houston Blake: I think there is more to the Osyraa storyline because why someone that's so dangerous in the galaxy try to make a deal with Starfleet so fast she looked so nervous in the last episode. I think 1 someone is over her or 2 she's a fraid of someone else that's more powerful and dangerous in the galaxy that we Don't know yet.

Wealth Coach Kahnju Ecleo: I felt that season 3 was weak compared to 1 and 2. I hope season 4 brings this show higher.

Redcat94: I deny that STD exists.

Timothy Kieper: I predict a brand-new character will be introduced, Hanna Solo. She will help the other (girl ) crew members blow up an orange planet rule by an evil Patriot !

Robert: One planet in the universe with Dilithium - I find that a little hard to accept.

J G: Star Trek Diversity just needs to go home. Every episode was a Gender Studies/Sociology class. No thanks

Mr. Spock: Easy! NO BURNHAM ANYMORE!

Tarorc79: I predict its not going to happen, i hope its not going to happen, i wish its not going to happen.

Adam T.: My prediction: Saru will be made a Federation Ambassador, posted on Discovery, and will take the leading role in First (Re-)Contact scenarios. In season 1, they mentioned his specialty at Starfleet Academy was First Contact/Diplomacy. It fits his character and temperament much better than the captain's chair.

Christopher Cox: Grudge is the queen of the Flerkens!

LightningwingDragon: Isn't the Doctors Backup module still traveling back to the alfa quadrant? I think the timelines line up...just about.

Daniel Mercer: The Burn explanation was such a huge miss. Epic failure. It was a rehash of the old sci-fi "starchild" storyline that never works ever. Also, I believe that Grudge is just like Isis in TOS storyline for Gary Seven.

NelKos Me: Any idea if they are going to get back Nhan? They can do that now since there is enough dillitium and even replace her with another Barzan after she have visited her home. Why not- if they are doing this for Su'kal they could certainly do for one of their own. And it doesn't have to happen on screen even.

Tony Payne: I was wondering if they would expand more on the sphere data. I think they should have a few episodes on how it evolves with the Discovery crew and be more of an asset.

John 666: It's been cancelled, an embarrassment to star trek or it will come.back as the Mikey Burnham show

rick sander: season 4 on hold. it had extensive reshoots to remove the previously planned season 4 set ups.

Boris C: Xindi? Borg? Kazons? Vidiians? Dominium( Changeling, Jem'Hadar, Vorta)?

GloriaRuth57: Female cats are called queens.

Grandpa D: Crap show will be cancel.......highly doubt there will be a season 4.

Corked Wolf: Oh bless you think there's a season 4 😂😂😂😂

Mr C: Not gonna happen.

metricmine: Season 4 shooting will fail to start and we will not see it completed. Netflix got out of their contract and will no longer provide funding for the show. No one else will want to fund this dumpster fire.

Robert Gräfe: Character development on Disco? Sorry but that would be to good to be true.

CS Media: Future seasons are" mapped out": They can't even map out one single episode without stupid inconsistencies. They haven't mapped out the ship's design, turbo lifts , anything.

Michael Wilson: PLEASE don't scare me like this! I heard the great news that this show was finally over at the end of season 3.

SunTai: Cancellation?

Okinawa 4K: This show is being destroyed because they are injecting all of this alphabet people stuff in the worst way possible. It's not even subtle it's just all in your face.

JoJoOne: I can't wait for season 4! It's so fun to have so many new Trek shows out at once.

Dennis Schechtman: I think Tiiy should at least promoted to LT. Commander and continue being first officer. At least for awhile.

ANDREW Jessop: Why talk about this show its awful and I'm a massive ST fan,. Picard was terrible too. Sack kutsmen

James Tarr: Oh the fandom menace tears in the comment section is so so sweet. Kinda reminds me of the taste of MAGA tears.

Chris Bennett: I really love a show made by millionaires working for billionaires whining about the evils of capitalism 🙄

H.R.M. Blaq-Grinda 1st: A dyson sphere around the dilithium planet, perhaps?🤔

Combat King 0: Everything we need to know about -Star Trek- Discovery Season 4? The same as the -Star Trek- 4 movie with Chris Pine, most likely. spoiler alert - there's no funding available

Jayjay: The 2 race that I really wanted to see on Season 4 are the Synths and the Borg.

Ahmed Shehu: I want Philipa Jojo back on season 4. I love her role, she's always the best calvary for the team.

graeme Orr: MY prediction is there will not be a season 4

Ellen Rice: Female cats are often referred to as "queens" (vs male cats being "toms")...and Book referring to Grudge as a Queen is him expressing his affection for her

Andrew Smith: My expectations are... it's getting cancelled...

Cors Sheehan: I think a steak in the heart is what Star Trek Discovery needs.

Gigi Galaxy: “My whole life is in that nebula!” Worst Line Ever

Eminence Rain: I haven't seen where CBS confirmed that there is a 4th season, only that it's in preproduction. Netflix is looking to pull out so whos paying for season 4? The large majority of Star Trek fans hate this show and it's got exceptionally low ratings, will there really be a Season 4?

Celso Canavesi: I hope the Doom´s Machine appears in Ep 4 stronger and more deadly

thunberbolt two: Untill the financing is set set. All this speculation is pointless. CBS does not have the money. Netflix finished at he end of season three. Amazon passed on STD. Plus no one is et to replace netflix in financing STD.

Moondust 1969: I hope there won't be a season 4 because it is absolute shite!

Lee Mawdsley: I predict that Michael will cry in every episode.

jondrew55: I predict @thecriticaldrinker will be assimilated by the Borg and change course and recommend this show......bwhahahahah

David Chicoine: STD s micheal BURN hem ...this got to be a joke lol

Romer DLS: Female cats are called Queens.

Zac Grierson: Wait didnt this get cancelled?!

Alec Holland: The true villain of this show is Alex Kurtzman. What a mess.

Darren stango: I did find tha over 3 seasons where mainly focused on burnham and not many other characters got much character development for you to really connect with them but i hope season 4 does more

Mail Check: Why? Just why? Just let it end. A season 4 is like putting salt into the wound of an already dead corpse. Im sure not all the actors or actresses are bad people... but surely this show isn't good for their careers long term. Star Trek used to inspire people to reach the stars, and idolize space exploration. We have lost an entire generation of astronauts and a beloved franchise. It's sad.

XraynPR: will it be as bad as this season is the main question

Neil Bartlett: Grudge turns out to be Queen... of the BORG! Seriously though, what the hell happened to the Borg in this timeframe? Have they been wiped out?

Aurelius Tratos: the Burn. now we need to Burn Burnham.

Yuri Gomes: I hope they kill off Stamets and that annoying Trill and her/it whatever ghost appendage that tags along.Oh yes, add that lump of lard Tilly to that list too. Discovery has already jumped the shark. Eagerly waiting for Strange New Worlds.

Rüdiger Braun: What i expect? More cry in the space, more deus ex machina, more space-Jesus saves the world, more unballed men, more seggregation... What i know? This will come if season 4 comes alive. What i hope? STD space-Jesus and crew turn the color of their uniforms into red... (insider Star Trek original)

Helium Freak: I predict this show will be canceled after season 4

Emma Bentley: It's pretty good for shit

Cato G: Prediction: more crying, more alphabet people segregation, more racial segragation, zero straight human male leaders (because we obviously hate those), Burnham becomes even more nacististic, even lazier writing. No wonder a show called STD has The Burn as a pivotal event. Worst Star Trek show I have ever seen somtehing the audience ratings and Rotten Tomatoes agrees on.

Aaron Jones: Is a single planet of Dilithium going to be enough to fuel the entire galaxy long term? I wouldn't think so and another solution would need to be found. I feel like Trek needs a new big villainous race for the Federation and other species to fight, something like another Dominion - although this should be done differently to DS9, though admittedly I've no clue how to do this. If Gray's katra, or something similar enough to one, is inside Adira perhaps someone on Ni'var could perform the Fal-tor-pan ritual to put Gray into a new body

Kynthia Miryam: It looked as if Tilly was possibly Burnham's replacement as Science Officer as she was in blue while remaining acting XO. That was something we saw Burnham do several times when Saru was acting Captain. Saru rightly called Nilson on not holding to Starfleet protocol in the episode Sanctuary and she wasn't on the ship the last two episodes so it seems like that was done on purpose. They removed Nahn probably because they didn't know what to do with her. The new first officer could be Nahn of Saru doesn't come back to the crew. Willa could be placed on Discovery with a security contingent to protect the spore drive. Saru is supposed to come back 100% according to Paridise so his screen time shouldn't be diminished and that would almost have put him on the Discovery. Saru said in his personal log posted on the Instagram page that if he returns to he stars it would be on Discovery. Kurtzman said in an interview that Saru chose to follow his emotions and leave Discovery where Burnham chose logic and duty and stayed on Discovery despite her feelings. That Saru would now have to deal with the fallout of his own decision to relinquish the Captain's chair of Discovery and navigating his feelings as being a subordinate once again. The other possible idea could be that Saru eventually becomes Captain of another ship. Book being on the ship as a navigator will just force Stamets to change his perspective. Kayla rightly accused Stamets of wanting to keep in control of the chair and didn't want to find another interface that didn't use him because he wanted to use his status to get his way. He refused to jump for Tilly and Book won't refuse Burnham. However, Tilly has spent two seasons on her dark matter theory and Stamets wasn't very happy about it. Tilly being science might mean she has the authority to do the research on her own and figure out a way to make it work in season 4. The problem with having Saru Captain another ship straight away is there are many disconnected sub sections of Starfleet that will be reconnected and many First Officers that have been a first Officer longer that Saru's year and a half or so as XO. Plus many Captain's that have been around far longer than Saru's reign as Captain and deserve to be promoted and the probably will have several Fleet Captain's after they reconnect. Saru also made to many mistakes and made a habit of not following the chain of command. Even to become Commodore it use to be like at least 5 years as a Captain with I believe one 5 year mission under their belt. Point being was that there was a prerequisite and probably still is one just different criteria now.

Joe Espin: you guys actually care about STD. go you not have better things to do with your time than watch the dumpster fire of a show. like for instance watcg snow melt, or grass grow or paint dry?

Daniel Meyer-Bousso: My prediction after watching season 3: season 4 going to be a dumpster fire like everything Alex Kurtzman has touched in the past

jschrauwen: Why wasn't there any backlash / episodes regarding the Temperal Agents? Didn't Capt Archer go almost this far in the future?

James Mcrae: Its bookers empathic gift that allows him to have such a strong bond

James Mcrae: Burnham's first officer has to be a current uptodate commander from the local time...

Rswa Vroo Gein: Look like they fire all not budget friendly cast like georgiou,& saru.

Eric Liu: Wouldn’t be nice that the cat is a changeling like Odo...

Matt: I think season 4 will explore why Earth needs the federation. You don't just stop being isolationist over night, something will happen to bring Earth back into the fold again.

Randy Schaar: I just heard it was cancelled? Is this true?

Larry Kazingizi: Who thinks we could have a Admiral Saru? He would make an amazing ambassador for StarFleet... especially with planets that have been isolated for hundreds of years or even new races✊🏾

Christopher Jensen: Vance and Osyraa are some of the most interesting characters in the series, IMO. So glad they got a major scene to themselves.

Robert McDonald: Saru will be promoted to 1 star admiral or be made an ambassador to kaminar

Kika Szwarc: What about the BORG?
