Eren’s titanform looked deformed and different when he changed twice when he had 0 training to change multiple times without relaxing. Plus I think he look like that too Because Reiner only transformed into his palms just to say falco. For him to transform his whole titan body. I’m pretty sure any shifter would look different too

Isayama never said the gender of the character. many assume that it is a woman, but remember that in anime it is very common for male characters to look like women. ex: haku and deidara from naruto sometimes hange is treated as a man and sometimes as a woman in AOT.

Gerbler: 14:49 So one thing I missed my first time watching/reading that I feel like a lot of people miss - The reason Jean took the shot there to try to kill Falco was a callback to when he hesitated shooting that woman on the wagon with Armin. He doesn't want to kill someone he thinks is helpless, but he got burned for it in the past. It's actually such a subtle bit of growth for his character, showing he's changed after his kindness was exploited in the past.
