Yes, he country overall is an evil imperialist nation, but even so, the civilians and children of Marley didn't do anything wrong. Many of them are brainwashed into horrific attitudes towards Eldians, but they are still innocent human beings that don't deserve death. You don't get to just kill a shit ton of innocents and kids and then be like "well your country's bad so you deserve it." Gabi is seeing an invader from a conflict she doesn't truly understand due to propaganda, slaughtering innocent people and killing her friends. I don't understand why she isn't allowed to be upset and angry just because her country does evil shit and she's brainwashed.

Pundarikaksh Narayan Tripathi: What I didn't like in this episode was: Levi's and Armin's opening shot(just graphics plus Armin's facial expression), the colossal Titan and I just wanted Eren to look more badass like when he beat and threw Porco to ground the music should have been intense version of that music exactly the one they used in ep 1 when Reiner landed in that fortified city to attack. And I just don't like Gabi at all and feel no sympathy for her, had she known what people on Paradis have experienced in all these years and how through only sheer hardwork, perseverance and courage have they accomplished so much, then she would have at least questioned if her sentiments towards those people (right from the beginning) are even justified. Falco, I think is a good person and he has always believed in humanity. He would understand the situation of Eren and others if he knew how circumstances have been and was approached properly, however I know this is not going to happen after he got betrayed by Eren and witnessed the assault of Eren and the scouts. But Gabi is a jerkette. In ep 1 she just thought about winning the battle and impressing her supremes and showed no hesitation to damage their armored train to compromise the lives of her adversaries, though they did hesitate to kill her and also the scouts also hesitated to kill or harm humans for the first time. She had no conscience then, nor has any of it now. Whatever she is doing right now is just because what happened hit her hard which she did not expect and just wants to take revenge. Some might say Eren was same and I say no he definitely was not same: 1. His mother died in front of his eyes 2. He thought his enemies were titans 3. He was betrayed by the people he trusted and who were like his brothers 4. He had to learn about his father's deeds and everything that was going on in a pretty messed up way which would drive anyone crazy 5. And most importantly people on Paradis were completely oblivious to outside world and did not even knew if people were there outside the walls or not. They did not invade anybody's territory, they didn't unleash titans on anybody's homeland, they did not use the cover of fake story of people on Paradis being Devils to hide their greed for their enemies natural resources despite having a truce with their king. 6. Also whatever they were doing, they had a cause for it and what Marley was doing was because of their lust for conquest and world dominance. They have become like older generation eldians, those whom they hated for their conquistadorial nature. Lastly, I feel bad for Reiner and I think there is good in him, but if he remains with Marleyans he would continue to do everything he was regretting for. I just wanted Eren and Reiner to sort things out and work together. I don't think that Reiner having an upgrade in his Titan was necessary, but maybe it was to balance a bit both the sides as eren and his friends have really overpowered them despite having inferior technology, less titans, less soldiers, less fuel and what not. P.S. I am not criticising MAPPA. Their animation is amazing and to me there is not much difference in animation from previous seasons. I am thankful to them for this season. I wish they made the episodes a bit longer like 25 min or 30 min atleast. 20 minutes passes so easily and it just feels like 10 minutes or so.

VeryNice: Eren is just doing what has to be done. Anybody on is team that doesn't agree with his tactics are like people who wouldn't kill a cow but still want to eat steak.
