The situation where you are flinched and manage to still snipe someone rarely ever happens(at least on mouse and keyboard). I don't think flinch should be entirely removed, but the amount of flinch on snipers already is way too much. This is no longer who can line their shot and score the kill and is now who can shoot first. It is ironic that Bungie is nerfing weapons that actually require skill and happily leaving weapons that require no brain such as shotguns.

It has always been kindof a bizarre "feature" of the PC version of this game, and I think it makes sense that they're doing something to bring it in line with the console version.

If they wanna look at discrepancies how about the overly aggressive Aim Assist implementation controller have to the point where some weapons are so 'sticky' the game overpowers weapon recoil to stay on target along with other things.

Again, no because outside of Atraks and Riven no one uses swords in raids consistently. GM night falls or master nightfall? Once again, no because the damage is ramped up so much that you will almost certainly die before getting close enough to use it on a consistent basis. So what are we really using for info bungie? Dungeons? Can't even use it reliably in prophecy outside of first boss. Shattered throne and pit of heresy are so easy it doesn't even matter. Are we using regular playlist strike data? Or gambit? Gambit should just be removed anyway. 90% of the player base would rather eat glass than play that. Public events? Patrols? Lost sectors? My point is they always refer to the data, but what data is that? Are they even interpreting it correctly? They have no idea how to evaluate statistical data, and it shows. Furthermore, each week trials shows the most used weapon in terms of kills, and its been felwinters by over a million kills for almost two months. Even in quick play, its usage rate per game is AT LEAST half the lobby. How has it not been addressed? Hell, its getting brought back! They are a walking contradiction. At this point its just disrespectful to the community, and they do not care.

Destiny 2 is a great game, but playing the end game stuff I bought it for is consistently an awful experience.
