Franco Liles: It's crazy how good they're making the inner conflicts of war be discussed by side or even part time characters. The main plot is being discussed by the main cast, but the deeper meaning about the darkness and harsh reality of those affected by those decision have always been shown through the background characters. In season one, we were affected way more about the lose of the likes of Levi's squad and countless deaths, by just a few scenes of their family's unknowing about it, Petra's father, and then through the outrage of the city. Then in season 3, after they win wall Maria, it's the newspaper man who's grieving over the fact that there's a whole world that wants them all dead. We feel his pain, because he's done nothing to provoke them, other than simple existing. This episode was beautifully done, next week feels like it's going to be the equivalent of when Eren confronts Reiner earlier this season, but probably with giant drops of knowledge bombs, with Gabbi in the room now, last time is was Falco. And the beginning of Levi vs. Zeke part 2 is gonna go underway. With possibly the other titans preparing to ambush Eren, dunno yet, lol.
