@matterflowmf: Remember everyone, ubisoft is actively falling to it's death. More than likely, an entity will buy out all of ubisofts IP's. especially because one family is trying to rig the stock to buy in super low and own most of ubisoft. This is not actually allowed to be planned and intentionally done because it brings huge losses to others invested. This is all regulated. Ubisoft and that entity making this fall happen will face huge reprucussions/legal action. They've done this by purposely destroying game quality, mechanics, bad story writing, terrible customer service, and nefarious buisness models to make the fall seem legit. Xdefiant is well made, hence them pulling it, which obviously makes no sense to do unless these other things are happening in the background. To clarify, I am not talking about dev teams who make the content for us to play. (Hiring bad devs is part of destroying the brand to tank the stock tho, but omit that for whom I'm talking about ) I'm talking about the corporate individuals that have never played a game in their life, and will 100% put making as much money as possible (off of you) before anything. They don't care about you, they are souless. Remember that. Xdefiant devs did not want this to happen. The corporation that hates you does. If you love this game, do your research on what's happening and make some noise. Anything can happen right now.

@xz_kto359: Honestly, no matter what people's attitude towards Ubisoft is now... I'm very upset that Xdefiant is being closed. Xdefiant is a really great free tom clancy style shooter that is quite fun to play In any case, there is still half a year left before the servers are shut down, and who knows, maybe during this time Ubisoft will change their mind and give Xdefiant 2 a chance

@Tsukuza: I love seeing people complain about the shutdown of XDEFIANT because it was "too fun." This project was doomed from the start. XDEFIANT is just another COD-like game with a Ubisoft skin. It offers nothing new—no innovation, no fresh ideas, not even decent graphical performance. XDEFIANT embodies everything wrong with the video game industry: taking an existing concept, re-skinning it, and pretending it's something cool. This game deserved to fail, while The Finals deserves to thrive for taking risks and delivering something genuinely new and innovative. Honestly, I used to be a huge Ubisoft fan—R6 was amazing (and I’m sure it still is, even though I don’t play it anymore), along with For Honor and The Division (EVEN RIDERS REPUBLIC). But laziness and greed have ruined this studio. I hope new studios use this as an example of what not to do in the video game industry, so Ubisoft’s downfall won’t be in vain.

Some of the maps I designed will never be release but Im glad that at least National Zoo were there since the beginning. I really Hope that Ubisoft will think again before closing the game forever.
