@Escaflownae2k8: My guess is, Player 246 is shot in a non fatal location. He will be helped by a guardian angel during organ harvest.(shooter number 11). She is going to lean over his injured body ask him to play dead and shoot the guards/doctor right before they harvest his organs.

And also thanked her for being easier to deal with because of it? But then she smiles upon entering her dorm again like she planned that? Or accounted it would happen? All I know is I have absolutely no idea what her motive is and I kinda love it 😂
