Somebody worked out that it would take nearly 7 real days of consistent play to earn (as opposed to Eververse) your remaining 10 transmog tokens.

Cornwalmart: What I dislike about the new activity is that you can't save up keys. If you have 6 keys you have to run the activity 6 times (an hour to an hour and a half of grinding) instead of being able to use all 6 at once on the final chest

Andrew Kerrigan: Why don't those muppets at Bungie ever stop forcing pvp onto players that don't like it in their joke of a crucible. Their should be an alternative pve step instead. I'm doing the quest for the new sidearms catalyst and I was disappointed to find their was pvp forced upon me in not just 1 of the steps, but 2 of them. I don't like pvp in unrealistic sci fi games. Especially since all everyone still wants to do is spam stasis which was apparently nerfed, like hell it was. And the blatant use of aim bots is appalling

Cooldrew100: Quick note on Synthcord: Some experimentation has been done on the drop rates, and it appears you are limited to getting 1 every 2 MINUTES. So farming stuff like Blind Well or Thrallway isn't going to get it any faster than anything else.

Valyrus: Note: The "increased Override rewards" upgrades increases the amount of Decrypted Data you get from the key chest at the end of Override. So if you want to be most efficient, get those upgrades first.

WxL: Fun fact for those who want to grind the new mode but don't want to play strikes or crucible. You can get ether from just killing enemies, public events and patrols. So if you free roam for a little bit, your good to go. So when your doing daily bounties, remember to make key codes for your Splicer! I probably spent about an hour on Europa just doing some quests, bounties, lost sectors and a few patrols and earned about 190 ether in less than an hour - which is almost enough for 4 Splicer key codes. I also seemed to get 100 Ether from doing one Nightfall strike. Which is the max starting cap, so best solution - stock up on Ether and make a set of key codes + enough for two more, do the new activity 5 times, get some loot and data. Do a Nightfall or two and boom your set to go for another few hours of peeing in the Vex network.

WxL: Not going to lie - this season so far doing a lot of things right. The HELM has its own map and is accessible through the destination menu. You can still aquire last seasons weapon and armors by using umbral engrams and hammer charges. Battlegrounds wasn't removed and is still playable. You can turn umbral engrams earned this season directly into your choice or world weapons or armor without needing to use legendary shards. More weapons and armor were added that aren't just exclusive to this season, thank the traveler. New perks were added meaning even more combinations. The new free exotic is a primary and is stasis - hopefully a sign that element based primaries will return. Trace Rifle mods were added. The "Legends" Tab - hopefully is a sign that vaulted activities will return or anything removed in future seasons will still be playable. Hopefully this "Legends" Tab will also be a way of playing past season activities once they are removed and be a way of being able to earn past season gear and loot. Especially once Season 15 is over and we expect a new DLC - where the HELM will either be removed or updated for future seasons, but a way of being able to earn past season gear is nice, thank you Bungie. I'm a little dissapointed Vault of Glass didn't return at launch of this new season, but its okay. The new 6 player activity has pseudo raid energy, which is nice, champions and mini bosses seem to have more health and defense and the boss seems to have a ton of health. Which makes for a good warmup for VoG returning. Battlegrounds being straight forward is great, its basically a set of bonus strikes. But this new activity has a little bit of puzzle solving but is easy to learn, its quite nice. On this, the new activity is done quite nicely and I can't wait to see how it improves. Currently you only have the option of facing Vex or Cabal opponents, but the final boss will always be Vex. The layout in the Vex network is random each time, there only seems to be 3 different layouts. This could be done incredibly well. I would like to see Hive and Scorn maybe added to the activity, as it seems the Vex just seem to be teleporting Cabal to you as a distraction, so its more of a tactical diversion rather have anything to do with the story. But its nice - seeing how we just went from a Cabal themed season to a Vex theme. The only map currently is Europa, which is fine I guess. But my hopes for this activity is that they add different areas of a planet to the mode, just so it doesn't feel the same every time you play. I also hope once they add more planets to this activity - they don't vault the previous planet used. That way it can be a proper playlist activity like Battlegrounds with multiple worlds and as they add more layouts for the Vex network, it will really feel like a good activity. Hopes they add more boss fights and boss arenas too - looking at the theme, I'd like to see a Minotaur, a Hydra, maybe a chrome 'Vexed' out Servitor and a Brigg - seeing how the robot faction does have the ability to hack any type of Technology. That way we have 5 different types of bosses which can be random each time, a different random layout for the Vex network, a different random playout and at least two-three factions to battle against. Randomly generated activities that use different ever-changing assets every game is incredibly needed - super fun and really awesome! So far it is a great mode, but we're only day in and its already getting a little tedious, the one thing keeping me alive here is trying to get some crazy good rolls of the new Splicer weapons. Lastly but most importantly, Banshee-44 finally, actually, sells guns again. Took them long enough. But I am so glad, the towers GUNsmith, sells a random set of guns every week with a random set of perks. Such a nice touch. Really nice that the first set of guns being sold all seem to be Vanguard weapons. There seems to be a theme, but I hope as time goes on he branches out and sells some crucible and gambit weapons, as well world loot weapons. This could give Bungie a reason to unvault / redo and remove some older weapons that are stuck at 1060 Light. Would be another reason to actually do Vendor bounties again for planets. Can't remember the last time I did any bounties for Failsafe, poor girl.
