Xorn The Manslayer: Severance got an indirect nerf when they needed reactive pulse, as before it stacked nicely and now it's basically only good for the finisher shield. But speaking from experience; Severance has a tough time in difficult PvE content because it doesn't do enough damage to one-hit the red bars and it makes you get too close, either to retrieve your hammer or to land the melee hit.

V. S.: Personally use Icefall Mantle now as well as some friends. In GM's, raids, and dungeons -- it performs quite well already for us. Looking forward to the buff to have it up more often, it's obviously just usually unnecessary with better exotics for specialty playstyles like Actium, Ursa, or Cuirass.

spypoet: I have to ask WHY so many titan mains overlook Insurmountable Skullfort. You want to "rain melee all day?" Skullfort + T/crash = Infinite melee and a huge reduction of time between supers. Pogo stick of lightning based doom, and damge buuf to weapons constantly, and free reloading. Try it out Aztecross! It's phenomenal!

Henry H: thats why 60% of pvp is hunters, and whenever im doing high level pve, its hard to find a fire team, because other players are always looking for warlocks. its been like this for over a year now at least. bungie, if you dont like titans, then just get rid of them as an option.

Henry H: it seems like season after season, titans become less and less of an option to use in both pvp and pve. its not that they're weak. its that locks and hunters are just getting more tools added that have huge impact vs the always underwhelming titan classes and exotics. when they do come out with something awesome it gets nerfed into the ground almost immediately. bungie, you suck.

Vorpal Weapon: icefall mantle actually might not be all that bad in pvp in combination with that one stasis fragment that adds damage resist when near a stasis crystal which stacks with the overshield so its kind of like being a tank.

QIDOM: Unless they release an ornament, I will never wear Precious Scars....it is the ugliest effin helmet. Spent this season making my guardians look great with transmog...not going to ruin him with that soggy oversized tin foil hat.

kami5005: I, personally, am glad they didn't nerf Falling Star. It's nice to have the feeling other classes get when using a massive damage super like Hunters and Warlocks. Other than the yeet, does Titan have any form of big bang supers like Celestial Night Hawk, Nova Bomb, Chaos Reach? There's nothing that comes to me, but I may be wrong. So thank you Bungie.

DirtyDan: Does using Icefall Mantle work with Reaping Wellmaker? That might be a cool tank build idea. You'd get the overshield, kill an enemy, pick up the void well and get 10 seconds of damage reduction. Probably some other things you could work in there too.

This is how we end up with busted bs like charged w light where u literally get free damage buffs with no timer what so ever until u get a FINAL blow on multiple enemies. Please get crap like that out of PvP. Also look at Inertia Override now! 6 secs?! I play on console. I never see primary bricks and almost all of us are on traction which means we're running only 1 scav perk which means this scav change doesn't affect us what so ever and I always have ammo brick to slide over for damage buffs and now they are going to last twice as long. Its dumb. Lol. Also now thubdercrash titans will literally always have their ballistic slam.

Biggamane Da Beast: I've gotten some nasty melees off pairing synthoceps with mid tree striker. Ballistic slam just out of melee range of your enemy and immediately follow up with that extended lunge. Give me MC as my primary and melt fools left and right. I may suck at PvP but this combo has gotten me some nice games.

zack phy: I don't see why they would nerf Cuirass, it doesn't do any more damage than Geos. It does do more dps because it's instant instead of 8ish seconds it takes for Chaos Reach but the tradeoff is Chaos offers safety in range while Thundercrash is more risky to use. It goes along with Celestial Goldie as the classes instant big damage super, which also does about the same damage as both Chaos and Thundercrash with their respective exotics. I think it's in a good spot at the moment. Now on Atheon where you get super back it does outdamage Chaos because it's instant and you can use your weapons in the downtime but it's no stronger than Celestial which has been fine since vanilla.

zack phy: Curirass wasn't on the list because it doesn't refund super energy, which is what all those exotics had in common. It would actually be amazing if it did refund it some. Hell if Bungie would buff Skull of Dire and Shards for Warlock and Hunter respectfully do give the same damage buff Curirass does and have them all refund energy then we could have 2 extra subclasses that are top tier for pve.
