@anthonyalvarez3595: I think they need to stop focusing on making these movies in one giant universe n focus on individual story telling for these characters. When iron man came out in 2008 they took a gamble on a character that wasnt really well known n focused on him n his individual story which just so happened to be a hit. The thanos cameo at the end of the movie wasnt cause the director was focusing on avengers end game but it was because he liked thanos n thought it'd be a cool easter egg, this goes for marvel to. They need to go back to focusing on these characters as individuals rather than just pieces to a larger puzzle. The mcu is failing rn because of that very reason. Because they're focusing on an entire puzzle without knowing what the unique shape of each individual piece. Theres no stakes in these super hero movies anymore because we know these movies are just being used get to a larger picture which is making these film directors/writers focus on getting to that bigger picture, that big cross over like the mcu did more than they're focusing on individual characters them selves. I hope this made sense

@randomnerdythings9094: Just do what George Lucas did. Edit the scenes. All they need to do is wait until the Justice League is cast for the DCU, and then replace the silhouettes with the new actors

@radrno7: I don't have a problem with it, but only if Season 2 is different from Season 1 in order to tell it's the new DCU. As much as I love Season 1, the reboot is gonna make this one of the problems in keeping old stuff from DCEU. Had they not put Justice League in the show and Harcourt in the movies, it would've been fine to just have 'The Suicide Squad' as the first movie in new DCU, but now... it's a mess. Sorry, Gunn, but you screwed your own wife by putting her in all these projects, now she's a reminder of the DCEU in anything she's on. Not that I don't like seeing her, but her and Viola Davis are a problem for DCU if you want it to succeed. Both actresses can be brought back but only in different characters, same as Momoa should be Lobo. Amanda Waller needs to be recasted and her having a show of her own makes NO sense.

@YamiJai: I really wish that the DCU would just do everything completely from scratch cause I like seeing the build up to everything compared to an already established world that just doesn’t make it exciting to me, it’s more fun to see these characters grow from their origin to were they get later on in their superhero careers, like in the MCU with Captain America and Iron Man they both left a huge and important legacy behind and we got to see them grow and mature from their first MCU appearance to their last which is why they hit so hard, but with an already established universe I don’t think it will hit hard cause we didn’t see these characters grow from the beginning they’re just there, I understand why they didn’t go from scratch cause it’s kinda too late for that well not really cause they could still make it work it just would take so long to get to the “Endgame” equivalent of the DCU which would probably be Apokolips War Part 2, if the DCEU would have started from scratch correctly back in 2013 then we would’ve already been at Apokolips War Part 2 by now, but if they were to start now it would take till 2035 to finish, but I still rather see them start from scratch and build up to all these characters instead of just throwing them at us and expecting us to care about them right off the bat

@YamiJai: So basically the first season can be skipped since it has no involvement in the DCU, I can see how that will confuse fans, it would just be better off to make season 2 has its own completely separate show with a new tittle like “Peacemaker: Reborn” or something like that cause like I said having both seasons under the same show makes it confusing cause both seasons are part of completely separate timelines, so season 1 is just pretty much filler and isn’t worth watching since there’s no point of watching it anymore, this is just a big mess like I said they should have just made a completely new Peacemaker show just to not have any confusion of course they can keep the same cast and all but just give it a new name something like the one I just mentioned, it would help keep things more organized and less complicated

Some universes have small differences, so it would be the best if both seasons are set in both universes. There isn't a timeline yet though, Elseworlds were movies like The Batman and Joker
