akki: If negan die hope he die while saving Maggie son that would be epic moment in whole TWD👍 and worth when Rick save his life instead of killing him and proving CARL dream is right that all can live together ❤Написать
Frank Huizar: I love that you guys watched Dexter. One one of my all time favorite series. Can't wait for the new season coming soon. I hope you guys react to that one as well.
jibber1031: I think back to Maggie saying that Hershel asked if the man that killed his father got what he deserved. My prediction is that Negan will ultimately be killed by Hershel.
Rich white guy: ( Evil ) Negen or Homelander which is the better bad guy?
Ivar Njall: I can easily see Negan going out saving little Hershel
Sara Rowe: I agree. I love Carol and Daryl but those episodes didn't add much for me to the story or to what we know about who they are. The Gabe/Aaron episode was good and gave us a bit. We learned a lot about Princess and were able to get a glimpse at what's going on with that new storyline. All of this being said, we could have done without the first 3, moved Princess ep to season 11 and had the Maggie episode to kick off these 6 followed by 5 Negan ones. I think there is plenty of story there for that have been an entire compelling "Mini-series" within the series on it's own. However, covid restraints would have made it tricky to properly expand that story, I think. They can't have to many people mixing together too frequently during the filming of these it seems. Anyway, grateful Kang gave us this episode and grateful that Hilarie and Jeffrey absolutely nailed it.
Ghost: Nikki looks like carol in season 1
Megan McKay: So the original line was " I was saving that bullet. " she was planning it & she died as soon as he left, same clothes...but they changed the line cause it was a giveaway. Negan's last name is Smith!!!!!
Megalucario22: New idea: How many times can Steven say "despicable" in one episode
Garrett Bounds: He admitted in a previous episode that he cheated on his wife.
vincent cascino: Best episode in a very long time. First they stretched the Negan stuff too long. After this one I want more.
Troy Simmons: Not just a cheater... but with her best friend? While she is at the doctor getting a cancer diagnosis? Then went on from there to force women into his harem by threatening to burn their husbands faces off? Definitely would still hate Neegan. And we haven't even gotten to part where he was bashing of peoples head in cause they refuse to give him their food. We cancelled "The Deep" from The Boys for way less... LOL!
Amy Moquin: I've been warming up to Negan, especially with his relationship with Judith. But I absolutely fell in love with him when he was singing "You are so Beautiful" to Lucille. 💔
Amy Moquin: I could have sworn that Negan once said that his wife died before the apocalypse. Does that sound familiar to anyone?
Anri: I really hate how TWD made it like Maggie is in the wrong for not being able to forgive Negan. Imagine your husband’s killer smiling at you... but good episode tho!
AHMED SAiD: Negan burned lucille twice: when he burned the good one he becamed villain , and when he burned the bad one he is good person now . I hope maggie burn something named glenn before shit goes down .
Vila-Sheree Watson: The storytelling is PHENOMENAL!!! I appreciate everything the writers, production, and actors are doing. To be fully redeemed in Maggie's eyes (I agree with Yvette Nicole Brown), I think he is going to have to save Herschel and she sees it.
Michele White: Loved this episode
Man Dingo: None of them ever mention the fact that Negan saved Judith's life in the snow storm, he didn't just kill Alpha! It kind of annoys me because Judith probably would have been dead without him, no one else went running off into the storm to save her (and dog).
Angie Barclay: That smile was Negan showing that he is finally at peace with his past and will not be pushed around by anyone. Maggie will have to either accept him in the group or try to kill him. He's thrown the ball to her and he doesn't have his bat to knock it out the park.
Melonie Mauck: NOW fans will be torn between Negan and Maggie. Except for me I am team Negan even more with this episode 🥰 wasn't a big fan of Maggie to begin with cried on this episode
Dana Marsh: Best episode ever
zombiehunta1988: Are you guys reacting to FTWD if not that’s fine and good reaction
2395WagnerHousesApt2C: Negan is literally one of the only reasons I still watch this show. I would love if they just gave him his own series. Sure he's not perfect and has made some mistakes. Killing Glenn and Abraham made me mad at the time and it sucks that they are dead but Neegan only killed 2 of theirs versus the dozens Rick and them killed so that makes him way less evil than the Governor even although he is certainly more intimidating than him. Like it or not the guy gets what he wants. Im afraid now that they gave him a back story they will kill him off soon in typical TWD fashion. Oof. This is getting good! Excited for season 11!
SBSP Calming Rain: OG's keep living in the past. Gotta let go. Negan's changed
leroy gray jr.: Hi,.. Looking back to the episode when Maggie was talking to Hershel in the kitchen .. Explaining to him why she behaved badly after her mom died. I see a possibility of Negan and Maggie kissing just before they fight each other to the death.
Ernesto Mercedes: you guys this was the best TWD episode and so was your reaction and comments
Wotan Zg: Fun fact Luccile is actually real JDM-s wife
Paul Garcia: I've always been a fan of Jeffrey Dean Morgan
Juls77: I think the Negan smile was just an 'I am here' smile. I agree with what someone else said on this thread that 'he;s kinda made peace with himself. His wife dying clearly triggered the 'coward' side of him to come out and all actions came from that self loathing and anger. Negan said it himself 'he just ran' ... away from the scene, the situation, his conscience.!? You could say that the moment Negan killed Glenn, this same trigger of events is playing out in Maggie (Mutiny with Rick) and I'm dying to see what she is 'capable of'?!'. I just really hope that Negan and Maggie don't end up a couple or something, cause if you look at it ... they are very similar. The thin line of love/hate doesn't always start with love. It's all about the perspective. We're all capable of anything!! It's learning to balance out the 2 sides of your nature, it takes a while to find that kind of self awareness and while your learning, people will get hurt in the process. . (Whom would Negan have become if Lucille had lived?) Ok my brain hurts, too deep for a Monday morning, I need to lay down haha.
Brain Cleaner: negan and ricks origin stories are very very much alike, tho rick went down a road of 'protecting' no matter what and negan went down a road of 'avenging' no matter what
nutella drifter: At 11:33 he looks so much like a young Nicolas Cage, lol
Ceyda Charming: I guess Negan is on a suicide mission. Man, what a great character he is!
G_ Host: tbh this was the first decent episode in ages
Dark Angel: Negan telling Maggie he can flip back anytime he wants. That was the look said to me. He was a cheater, and a person with violent tendencies. Not good. Then flipped to a total psychopath. I don't really see any positives. I know you guys are a fan, I'm not. I hope Maggie destroys him. She needs her closure. But unfortunately I think he will kill her in the end.
M D: Well if i would be Maggie he would be dead since 2 seasons already In real life guys like him don't survive and he would be nobody without his saviors And the governeur and Alpha have been much better and entertaining villains, Negan just talks too much...JDM also said, it's annoying for him
Emily Cunningham: I hurt the same thumb!!! With Scissors! 😔
Sebastián Horváth: 6:03 best moment
Billy Morgan: I was under the impression that his wife died before the world ended. Pretty sure he told carl or someone that way back in season 7. Feels like a little bit of a retcon to make it more interesting but I could be wrong.
Roy Williams: Remember Rick and his people drew first blood by killing Negans people that night in their sleep. Negan was not focused on Rick and his group. I do see all three sides of the story. Negan's side, Rick's side and the truth.
ResolvedRage: Negan is a peacekeeper, if peacekeepers could be ruthless but fair.
Justin American: flashback: Negan captured by the bikers Within a flashback: Negan attacks the doctors Within a flashback: Negan with his wife Within a flashback: With wife before the zompocalypse Just saying.
Seana Rankin: I agree. Best episode ever. I sobbed when he returned home. Saddest thing I have seen on this show.
Al Kaline: sh*t...now I never want Negan to die...I might stop watching the show if he does...sometimes we f up and spend the rest of our life trying to make things right/paying for our mistake....
Leetbeast: Best episode by far!!! :D
L W: I know you have many shows on your list + you said you wouldn’t react to shows that aren’t in english because you would have to read subtitles. Just to give the full info: shows like Money Heist are dubbed in English so you would still be able to react to it normally :)
DCFCfanatic: So much was different from the comic story. that story involved Dwight and his wife.
Mr J: Finally we got to see Negan's backstory and it was the best episode of 10C. Also apparently Negan's surname is Smith, someone on twd wiki added it
Matt Thrower: I honestly think the only way Maggie can tolerate Negan, or live in the same area as Hegan, is if he saves Hershel or pledges his life to protect the kid with his life. So i think there is going to be a moment or plot, where Negan saves Hershel, and Maggie while still hating him, and not being able to ever forgive him for what he did to Glenn. Is smart enough and big enough, to see value in not killing Negan. I think he will apologise at some point as well, and he will mean it. Not for the reasons he killed Glenn or did what he did in that period of time, but he will be genuinely sorry for the pain he has caused, and i think that would be in character, especially after this episode, that shows that while Negan was a dick for cheating on his wife, when shit hit the fan, when she really needed him, he came through, and he not only did the right thing by her, he wanted to do it, and he loved her with everything he had. So he definitely has that side of himself, to apologise for the pain he has caused Maggie. I definitely want their talk to be on equal footing as well, i don't want one of them to be dying or on their knees, i want them to just have the conversation as equals and in control, because that makes it more real, and it makes it more honest.
Nick Temperistic: I hope Maggie will be able to come to grips with the fact that the person she wants to kill doesn't exist anymore. He suffered and rotted in a jail cell for 7.5 years. He got to his lowest point to where he tried to kill himself but couldn't do it. Then when Maggie came to avenge Glen she couldn't do it even when Negan asked because she was more satisfied with watching him suffer. And now since she's back and Negan isn't suffering anymore she wants to finally kill him. If she does go through with it it will be straight-up murder hands down with no good reason for it. The new Negan helps people, saves people, builds for these people, and will pretty much do any chore they ask him to do. Sorry but Maggie had her chance and she blew it. Negan did his time and saved everyone from Alpha. He deserves a 2nd chance.
Henry in NorCal: Strange "Sesskasays" posted the exact same video as this one from Nikki & Steven at almost the exact same time.
Kathleen Clark: Yep. Best episode of probably TWO seasons.
Nic Nettelbeck: Negan good person Can’t blame him for the person he turned out to be he’s still a good person
josephthemighty: I still want Maggie to cave his head in.
SabreMatt: What a fantastic finale. The best TWD episode since "The Calm Before". Congratulations show runners, I never thought that I could feel any empathy for Negan but DAMN! I was wrong! If any character on this show deserved an extensive origin story it was definately Negan. Fans of this show are certainly entitled to see the many layers of this sadistic onion be revealed in such an artful & clever manner. Again, great episode, absolutely loved it & I can't wait to see how everything wraps up in the upcoming final season.
A-Side: After Negan killed that biker, he went to that bikers hangout and told his crew they're now all "NEGAN"
Gary20O: Amazing episode.
Michał Łuczyński: Oh, ive missed that kind of Negan :P ... guy should get a spinoff. edit: btw. When Carol smiles... im terrified. :o
12 12: BEST EPISODE EVER !!!!!! WAAAAW WAAAW WAAAX , I LOVE YOU NIKKI AND STEVEN BEST WISHES FROM FRANCE 💙❤
braedon hay MacKenzie: I hope season 11 is dark thrilling and the best season ever
Jackie Frankovich: Jeffrey Dean Morgan said two takes were taken, one with him smiling (which he added, it wasn’t scripted) and one without. The director chose the smiling one for a reason. That’s the classic Negan smirk. He’s got his mojo back.
Piro: Prediction - Negan will risk his life saving Maggie's kid, so she will be forced to forgive him
Rohan: I am 100% team Negan
Brian Thompson: You should watch Jeffrey Dean Morgans Hot Ones interview ,it's really good :)
rymarkk: To be honest, the only good episode in the series. The rest is some swill and time fillers by force. Burning the baseball bat is a symbolic goodbye to the evil Negan. However, this smile at Megan gives food for thought at the end.
Budoshi: kinda feels like Abby in part 2 doesn't it, when you know more about the ( villain ) you cant hate them as much .
Piro: I wonder if Alpha being bold was intentional, to mirror his wife after chemo
Arscenic: When Negan became Negan, Rick and his gang were fighting walkers at a farm after he killed his own best friend🤣
Noizy Hill: Immagine when Glenn was killing people in their sleep, they probably were someone's husband/father...also i believe Negan did more for the community than Maggie 🤷🏻♂️
BRIAN GRABILL: BILL BURR CUT HIMSELF ON THAT SLICER TOO..LOL .. I'M STAYING AWAY!!
Johnny Skinwalker: Epic Stuff! It would have been even more gutsy for the show if they have had Negan kill his zombie wife with the bat
Angel_Eyes_Fang: This makes me like negan even more! Maggie kills negan...lets just say i wasn’t ever a maggie fan, shes expendable to me
Dre Marley: How in hell did Glenn get Maggie...that's probably what Negan is thinking..
Thilak Kumar: They need to make a show on how negan became 'NEGAN'
Kelly Payton: No Negan was bad to start with. He and the saviors took half of what everyone had, beat and intimidated people, killed people if they did not meet his demands! He took other men’s wives kept food from people and took irons to peoples faces. Rick never did any of that crap. Maggie just needs to kill him and move on!
Laura Dambron: WHAT . AN . EPISODE . That's the TWD we love!!
Masked drawing King: 28:25 yes you can like him Negan its the New Rick . And You like him too!!! You litllery have a Negan shirt on
braedon hay MacKenzie: Ever since negan has come in the show the walking dead has been really entertaining with him on... my wish would be him too see rick again that would be something... I really enjoyed this episode you learned alot about him more in this episode I think
Nick The Great: Hershel Jr: Hey Dumbass right before he shoots Negan.
Van Tinh To: Everyone will love the shit out of Negan after watching this ep!
draempailer: Why do you all still blame rick he didn't know if began group till Jesus started them on this and it are people would have been all killed trying to stop began to get food Jesus was a slime ball character to back and look at is facial expressions he was desperate and started this shit but gets all the love yes we did listen and yes we all did do it and yes we were wrong but stop blaming the wrong person this all wouldn't happen we rick and company wouldn't have met Jesus the actions made was 100% wrong but go back rewatch any pay close attention to just be after like a villain from day one to scared to fight the system his self but brave enough to steal the stuff Rick and Darryl found for there people and start a war he had hilltop, kingdom and he knew of ocean side but it took they never fought together rick and company only had a few people we got talked in to this mess and we won I had terrorist behavior training I worked for the government to spot people in a crowd you person off the people with the gun the bomb the crazies Jesus fit all the guy offered food just to kill began people and didn't told them the huge numbers of negans people only terrorist and crazy people start wars and hurt people for no reason negan and rick group would have met and it could have been worse glen and Abraham will all ways be bad but but it could have been Rick or Darryl so I like negan but how do you like forgive a character for those two deaths jdm is a great actor just hard to be a negan fan
JigSaw: Plot twist .... Maggie and Negan love affair.... that would be awsome :D
Jonathan Melton: 4:35 that is 100% the best statement a walking dead reactor I've watched has said about Negan, Like if you look past all his evil with what hes done, and what is shown in this episode, He is a Hero fallen to AntiHero archtype for a show, Hes legit our new savior coming forward.
Jeremy Trager: Awww Negan's wife died. I guess bashing people's skulls in is totally ok. Sorry but he was never a good villain. He was a shitty cartoon at best. The only real villain on this show ever was alpha. The rest were among the worst villains in television history. Negan isn't as bad as the governor but the way they're trying to redeem him is disgusting.
Benjamin Flagg: This episode was INCREDIBLE. Definitely one of The Walking Dead’s best. And it genuinely makes you realize someone COULD be as awful as Negan, and yet change his ways as he has (or appears to have.) Something before this episode that was always still a bit of a stretch. But no longer. It makes me want to go back and rewatch that episode where he suddenly breaks down crying in his prison cell. JDM’s performance was SO good there, and surprising, and now it would carry even more weight. Great episode, great reaction 🙂
Alicia Emily: I didn't like it..... I didn't like it at all..... It humanized negan, it brought Lucille to life, it told a back story of how negan became NEGAN.... but I kept thinking what was his reason for killing glen and Abraham..... Was there rationality in his thinking, and I made the mistake of rewatching season 7 episode 1 I became a blubbering mess for the second time but it just made me realize he was reckless shameless and temperamental even before the apocalypse but it was like a bomb went off in his mind after his wife died and he became super a--hole negan..... he's getting older and is tired of the life and wants to die or he truly wants to redeem himself to Maggie.... either way I don't like it, I don't like negan.... All negan knows is how to run a dictatorship and when his war was lost his army died or ran away.... He was all alone in the middle of people too kind to kill him.... So death or redemption is all there is for him.... but if he won the war he would still be a heartless temperamental man running that dictatorship
Fred Flintstone: I heard Robert Kirkman said in an recent interview that there could be some more Negan stuff in the future, Would be great to see the beginning of the saviors😳
Michael Radu: First episode in 4 years that didn't suck ass & balls, but still was less than great!
i am smile: Steven in his mind: I LOVE THE SHIT OUT OF YOU NIKKI ❤️😍😘❤️
Marina: I think I cried for the entire episode! They are so cute
Brandon Elkin: All these episodes sucked to me which the past few seasons have sucked but this episode was awesome great episode but to me that look at the end to Maggie was like I've paid my dews im here whether u like it or not
Ramona P: I loved Negan from the get go. He's my fave character in TWD universe
Whitelight Entertainment: This was my favourite episode of season 10 in general I’m a massive Negan fan and I believe he’s earned his redemption for Ricks Group.
Junzhe Zhang: Negan is easily my fav character after this episode
Ian: Such a good episode this. it definitely humanises negan in a way we havnt seen before. I literally watched the pool table episode yesterday where he meets Judith for the first time and as nikki said he loves the kids it makes sense him being a teacher and all I wonder if Judith remembered that first meeting and that's why they have a bond. That smile at the end is I'm here to stay do whatever you want Maggie I'm going nowhere if you don't like it no something about it or leave AGAIN that's way I see it anyway
NYNJ Greeksausage: Negan > alpha/beta and all the other villains the show has had. Hands down
Ditto Head: I enjoyed this episode. Proves there is redemption for people. If Maggie knew what he did to save her friends she might be able to forgive. Not forget but forgive. Especially since this is a whole new world they’re learning to cope in
ltrillx l: Lol negan on the game u are gonna shit ur pants
Brianna Gordy: The people who still unconditionally hate Negan are missing the point sooooo badly. Glenn was all about second chances and finding the good in people.
angie 808: I have to admit, and I'm actually not surprised, really, that this was a fantastic episode. The reason I'm not surprised is because it's an episode with JDM. I still don't like Negan, and never will trust him - especially with that smile he had at the end there. But having finally seen the way he was with Lucille (his wife, not the bat - lol), was great to witness. He was obviously a loser before her, and even somewhat while he was with her, and changed only when he realized he was going to lose her if he didn't step up. So he did. Good on him. But it still doesn't take away from the fact that he WAS and still is, a loser. I get it, he doesn't want to be alone (nobody does in this world), but now I feel he's coming back to stake his claim on the community. And Maggie be damned. I don't know how I feel about that, because Maggie did have a chance to kill him and she didn't. BUT - and this is a big BUT - she also expected him to be imprisoned all his living life. So, I feel it's going to come down to either him, or her. Will there be a vote. Which way will the people vote, if so? Will Maggie leave again? Maybe. Can she bring herself to move on & live with him there? Perhaps. I wouldn't go so far to say this was the best episode of the TWD, because there were better, but it's up there with the best, for sure. I'm able to enjoy a good villain who only makes the story better. And it's even better when you can sympathize with their life story even just a little bit, which is why I feel this back story should have come a long time ago. But, we are never supposed to be on the side of a villain. EVER. Not the best "BAD" villains, which is what Negan is. I "said" it somewhere else - why would you want to make a villain the good guy. If Negan is one of the best villains of TWD, why would you want him redeemed and GOOD. Not me. That would be boring. I want him to stay the villain. It makes watching him much more fun. Love to hate him - YES.
