Nikki & Steven React: Here's a link to our full watch-a-long reaction which is being posted on Monday/Tuesday: https://bit.ly/2UXPL5X

Eric Graham: I’m TOTALLY “ONBOARD” With Steven💯‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️

no one: I was with Maggie for killing him but she abandoned everyone. If it wasn't for Negan everyone would have been dead Maggie didn't give a shit she just dipped so miss me with attitude

Angel_Eyes_Fang: I just hate maggie… shes always justifying herself 🙄. Shes just as bad as negan. Only difference is negan admits hes an as*hole..

marvin Gipson: People forget Rick& the group attack negan group first I mean they was bad but they didn’t do anything to Rick group. but yeah i didn’t want Glenn to die neither but it happened in the comics so I was expecting it

Anthony Brown: I may be a bad person, but if someone ran away and stole my groups supplies, he didnt care if we lived or died, so why should I open a door for him? He made his choice.

Nicholas Ste. Marie: I’m glad I’m not the only one pissed at Maggie. I honestly understand why Negan left her, I certainly wouldn’t have done it but I get it. I feel bad for her but I really don’t like how she’s somehow in charge, like who tf made her leader. Letting Gage die is a whole other thing. There was time and it makes her a hypocrite.

NaughtyFrench: Of course Gage he deserved not to die even after what he did to Lydia and honestly comparing him to Negan past it's a bit too much absurd Negan did things even worst, saying Negan deserve a second chance like Gage it's a bit exaggerated. Gage was a stupid kid, Negan was a evil and crazy person. But the whole group wouldn't be in danger if two men ran away after Negan's speech and left them behind without ammos, then he comes back and he is begging to save his life which is normal I can understand but Maggie and others from the group are decided to not open the door, people says they had enough time to save his life I don't think so and they couldn't take the risk to put anyone else in danger... So if you wanna see Maggie like a terrible person ok but blaming her ALL THE TIME for all things happening and always defending Negan it's pathetic.

Sheree Grimes: Great reaction once again, I'm not conflicted so much when it comes to the animosity between Maggie and Negan. It makes sense story wise then again it doesn't, she made a decision to let him live, s9ep5, no matter how unrealistic it was at the time. As far as 'Negan saving all of them" I dont even consider it because it didn't make any sense then and doesn't make sense now. Our group came across numerous villains and they always won despite some losses. I dont get why they needed Negan to save them, seemed like a way to just keep the character around for all the fangirls and boys..his plot armour was ridiculous. He walked in Alpha's camp making fun of their way of life and he wasn't killed?really? Alpha' killed her own people for making a suggestion, seeing her cry or any other minor infraction. It's never made sense to me, the idea that this character is still around is amazing in my opinion. Its getting old, I really wish they resolve this Negan arc and move on, I get some people love him but it feels drawn out at this point. I predict he save baby Hershel and Maggie finally forgives him, I dont see any other way to tie this up, other than him sacrificing himself to save Maggie's child, I could be wrong..basically I'm so over this character at this point..

Črtomir Štrucl: The writers just mad at Lauren Cohan for leaving the show in the first place, now they're taking their revenge. :)

Abdou: I honestly think that at the end of the day what Negan did wrong back in season 6, 7, and 8 was treating other communities like slaves by forcing them to work for him, like Rick himself said, it's not about killing people, because at this point, everyone has blood on his hands. Besides, Maggie had the chance to kill Negan, he begged her to do it, but she spared him, so no point bringing that back again.

Kevin Carvalho: It's interesting because I do 100% get Maggie. If someone brutally murdered my partner, I don't give a shit if he saves the whole fucking Universe, I will kill him! On the other hand, Negan has showed that he is a valuable member of the community and getting rid of him might mean the end of us. Can't wait to see where this goes.

Adrian: Since when Gage has so many fans. He was annoying since he was introduced. In the first episode of this season he literally ran off with their supplies. Why would they help him and risk safety of others. He wasn't worth it.

Perytons: RIP Gage; a man who died a coward😂

One Dark Martian: They couldn't open the door without breaking it open, meaning that they also wouldn't be able resecure it, putting everyone at risk. Maggie made a tough call but that's what being a leader in the apocalypse means. She had to think of the bigger picture, couple that with the fact Gage had just deserted them, taking all their ammo, food and supplies, leaving them very vulnerable... screw that guy lol. I'm team Maggie!

nEthing4Her: Gage: 'Maggie! Please! I won't do it again!' Me: _That's_ for damn sure.

SøM∅TiōN: Now When maggie do something wrong She had a story to tell everyone🙃.

Cypress: Daryl Always Making Us Laugh Like Wtf Did He Have The Mace 🤣🤣🤣

lunagal: Stop the cheerleading for Negan.

lucy Lucian: i still think that alpha is the most hated villain to ever apear on the screen, people only hate negan more for glen dying, she was way more evil then old negan ever was.

Srivathson Sam ✅: It seems like the writers of this show got bitten by walkers after season 7 ..writing is just sucks. I'm still watching this show get closure from this show. hope this ends soon.

mik3izg: I think if they don’t show that Maggie flashback they will for sure show it in the spin off show tales of the walking dead

ThomasRelaX: Uuugggh hate this season so far! So done with the Negan drama... Omg we've had this for seasons now! This is such dumb writing.... I wish Maggie never returned to the show.... it doesn't work for me. I was so glad when we spend a little less focus on the Negan-hate last season. Waste of the last season!

Jaden Pitt: If yumiko dies we fuckin riot

Dylan Henry: Idk if y’all noticed but that knife that hit coles leg also cut his hand off!

Alex Elkins: I hope everyone knows that’s not Stephanie. It’s a fake. Using her to try to get more info.

jeannette f: Maggie is Negan

jeannette f: I'm calling it now. Negan will die saving Hershel Jr.

Jack Jones: Can we just give it up for the real V.I.P of this show Angela Kang. Since she came in as show runner of TWD she has really given a true depth and complexity to these characters thru creative character development and storytelling. Love Stevens rundown and analysis at the beginning of video and agree with you 100% bro. You both do an amazing job with these reactions congratulations on all your success.

LaredoIsntSoBad: Fuck Gage...he cowardly left the group and took supplies and now all of a sudden he wanted back in....hell no. You made the decision yourself prick!

Lori Lynn: C Thomas Howell was the one who ran with Gage and the one Daryl finds in the tunnel, he played Roy

CamillaLaentver: Negan wouldn't have killed the 3 alive women in the attic. He would have saved them. Maggie is a big hypocrite!!!

LaredoIsntSoBad: And the award for dumbest comment ever made while wifey is sitting next to you goes to....*drumroll*.... Steven for his "Id die for Maggie " comment. Great job Steven. You'll never live that shit down. 😆 🤣

ЗАО M&S: Everyone remembers that Negan killed Alpha and stopped the war, but no one remembers who released him from prison and took the horde to the cliff I love Maggie AND Negan. I don't like that she left the guy to die (he was an asshole, but still). She said that they can't waste their energy and open the door and take risks. But if there was Daryl behind the door, they would definitely try

Lori Lynn: If you watch closely when Maggie is on the ground surrounded by Walkers you can see something run towards her behind the Walkers!

T L: I mean i get why Maggie is upset...but does anyone remember that she had the opportunity to kill negan when he was in the jail in Alexandra and she decided not to. So now after all these years is she going for him so hard.

Julian Rosado: Wtf are they doing to Maggie? She's never been so cold and cruel

Mike Garrens: Not liking Maggie in this season!!!!!!!!!!

Lily Dogkid: Beginning recap 0:19 end recap 33:17

Jonathon Earl: Maggie's team just jetted off, lol!

Nightbird Games: If Gage hadn't betrayed them and ran away with the supplies, they would've saved him. That combined with what happened to Lydia in season 9 the kid deserved it IMO. Okay, maybe not deserved it, but he would've died anyway or get others killed. He was a problem.

Terence Mcloughlin: And cage left with there ammo and supplies he didn't deserve to be saved

Terence Mcloughlin: Reapers are worse than the saviors

LillRiceGaming: Man if only Rick or Carl were there, they would’ve at least tried something, I don’t like Maggie or Daryl as leaders

IndustrialPainkiller: What if Maggie has a form of Battered woman syndrome, and tge very reason she can't get over negan?.

angie 808: I forgot to mention in episode 1's comment; did you guys notice that Seven (Dog) waited/turned around for JDM (Negan) after Negan got pushed around on that platform, right as they entered the underground tunnels? I'm a Dog fan, so my eyes are always on him. I just thought it was cute, and worth a mention. Another thing I thought of in the first episode, but didn't mention...wish I did after seeing this episode, was that I think that Maggie didn't bring Negan along just to kill him (althought that might be in the back of her mind ALWAYS. She brought him along, imo, 1) to not leave him back at Alexandria where her son is, and 2) to see, for herself, if he would step up. Key words: "see for herself". And btw... 13:10 Funniest shit ever!!! Nikki, you crack me up!!! I did say it somewhere else 😉 that if I had seen Negan's backstory sooner than the bonus episodes - like somewhere in-between season 7 or 8, maybe I would have changed my mind about Negan by now. Maybe. It's been too long for me hating him, so, bad on the producers/writers on that season not to have done it. And he might have served his time in jail, and did some good deeds, but that doesn't necessarily change the core of him as a person. A serial killer is always gonna be a serial killer. You can lock him up for a while, and give him therapy for years, but if you release him, he will eventually do it again. BTW...Elijah's mask looks like the masks that the Reapers use. Did he just pick it up somewhere? I see that "ALOHA" sign. 💕 js 🥰

Justin Dahan: I'm not spoiling anything, but i saw the next episode, and it is crazy

Elizabeth Ashley Everhart: Looking forward to your early Patreon reaction! Finished ep3 and feel I’ve grown acustom to havin u help me process eps 🥰😃

You Me: I know you guys have already played The Last Of Us games. So I was wondering if your planning to react to the upcoming HBO show adaptation? they say it could premiere in late 2022 or 2023.

XL: I don't have a problem with Negan Rick and gang killed his guys in there sleep and was going around killing his guys before they even know who they were. Negan killed 2 of Rick's guys so I feel they got off good. I agree with Steve, Negans plan was to kill one guy then Daryl did that Glenn was just the closest person to him.🤷‍♂️

Night Memes: these are some SCENES. only two episodes in

Elizabeth Ashley Everhart: Eugene seeing his girl 😍😍😍😍😍

Shawn Smith: The big guy in the middle at the end was looking like Jason.

Shawn Smith: If you have AMC Plus you can watch the next episode and wait until you watch it.

Shawn Smith: Mercer was probably like damn this poor bastard needs to get laid.

Carolyn Keith: You literally think that was the worse death we've seen on this show?! And you really care about that kid all of a sudden? LOL! Smdh.

Dave Sunhammer: No man, you can't blame Daryl for Negan smashing in someone's head. That is escapist. It's not Daryl's fault Negan was a nutcase. It's not Daryl's fault Negan enjoyed using Lucille to dispense his version of justice. It doesn't matter chain of events, Negan should not have been bashing heads in. Period. Negan should not have been, "Bite, chew, swallow." Blaming Daryl is for people scared to confront Negan. Now, maybe he redeemed himself. Maybe his life came to have merit, but I wont forget... I might "forgive".. but I wont forget Negan bashing in Glenn's skull. And I wont trust that he is magically reformed and wont bash someone else's head in. Of course... I read the graphic novels (comics) so I may be feeling a certain way about things. But Negan swung the bat so Negan is at fault is the most real way to look at it.

DRUMATIC: Page of Music: I feel like I was the only one to catch that the song they were singing in season 10 was When the Wild Wind Blows by Iron Maiden 😂 🤘

McDavid Deserves Better: Just sitting here missing GoT.

DRUMATIC: Page of Music: I really don’t like Maggie anymore. Honestly I wouldn’t mind her being a villain and them pulling a Daenerys Targaryen from GoT with Maggie. She is interesting but I just think she’s really unlikable at the same time

Jay_: When Gage says “Liar.” It brought back bad flashbacks of the Governor, the last thing he said before killing Hershel. Wonder if there’s a reason for the parallel.

GraveMistake: Nobody puts Dog in a corner...

David Lastname: Man, Season 11 has started off real strong. And the Walkers feel like a threat again because supplies are low. Nice return to form. I like how Maggie being completely cold was meant to piss you off before she gave a story about just one of the things she saw while by herself trying to survive. Then you realize she's kinda where Rick was in Season 5-6.

Sxlent Edxtor: I've never been a fan of Maggie, but I feel like this season might make me like her a bit. Not because of her decisions but because she's more interesting now & she's finally working with/alongside Negan. Maggie & Negan as a power duo I feel is going to be one of the most interesting parts of season 11.

Jasmine Walls: I can’t agree with the group on this one. I get Gage isn’t the best person he’s made a lot of stupid decisions but most of those were out of fear and he didn’t deserve to not get a second chance when so many people standing in that train car wouldn’t be here without getting a second chance. Maggie can’t be mad at Negan when she did the exact same thing. I don’t think she’s quite in the best headspace to lead this mission. I think Daryl should take lead.

Suzy Long: "That's a dope shot right there" 😁 "Dammmm"..... Agree 1000% and they better keep Dog 🐕 and Daryl ALIVE!!!

Cyborganna: Steven, I think Negan & Maggie are gonna have more than a conversation 😉😉

Reapeth: I feel like Maggie's transformation already started happening at the end of season 8 when she said "we'll show him" like she's some sort of villain. She clearly didn't like Rick's decision to leave Negan alive and tried to take actions into her own hands later. I'm not really surprised to see how a couple years could've turned that Maggie at the end of season 8 into the Maggie we have now. I personally don't dislike Maggie's transformation as it really makes everything less black and white and the episode really just shows that history is written by the victors, hence why nearly everyone was okay with Maggie leaving Gage but not okay with Negan leaving Maggie. That being said, I don't think this makes Maggie a villain. Not at all. Just years of protecting the one thing she has left of Glenn and being a leader has taught her that being a survivor has been more beneficial than being righteous, especially when it comes to keeping her boy safe. The story she told this episode supports that.

Anabella Lochmann: Father Gabriel locked his entire congregation in the food pantry

Nick Forde: It's his own fault, why didn't he close the door behind him?

Seminole Gamer: This episode just made me a Maggie and Gabriel hater. BTW I thought it was weird that they used a story from 4chan about the Dark Web "human sex dolls." Someone years ago on Reddit linked the story and it was horrible.

Anabella Lochmann: Maggie is no better the Negan in that situation by not letting him train car

CK_IDGAF: It's not that Maggie's in a dark place, she believes in 'by any means necessary' now. Folks are gonna say Gage was one of the kids that bullied Lydia, but AGAIN, I have said about this show EVERYONE has a dark past. They picking and choosing who lives or dies, while criticizing others that have and do the same who isn't them. They always been this way. Always remember they chose to step into Negan's space (saviors) cause they thought they were the 'freedom fighters'.

SmoothD: Maggie belittles and berates Negan at every turn and threatens to kill him, yet is mad at him for leaving her to die, yet does the same to someone else. On top of that Gabriel calls out someone as being "a shell of a man who died a coward" when his past is just as bad. The hypocrisy is real.

Saylos Relyks: Maggie and Negan are starting to have mutual respect for one another, her giving him the gun and him giving it back shows that and the Reapers look sick, can't wait to see more of them hope they are as intimidating as they look.

Roy Smith: Dear Daryl Dixon, please make a damn leash for Dog

Tom Maddox: Couple thoughts 1. Maggie is really unlikable now. 2. They killed a dozen or more walkers in a narrow train car and new walkers never tripped over any of them. 3. The final scene looked like it came from one of The Purge movies instead of TWD

Amanda Stone: I love JDM and think Negan is a great character, but I'm not feeling a complete redemption arc for him. It's not even the fact that he killed people (although the delight he took in killing Glenn and Abraham was sick) but he also enslaved people, forcibly took over communities, and was a rapist. He coerced women into sleeping with him or bad things would happen. He told Sherry he would kill Dwight if she didn't marry him and her sister Tina would only be able to get her insulin if she also joined his harem. He justifies it in his mind because they have a "choice" but choosing between death or sleeping with someone is not really a choice at all. That kind of behavior is disgusting and I feel like the writers haven't really addressed it that much since season 7. I mean, he made that gross speech about taking widows back with him to Rick, saying he wanted Maggie to be a part of his harem. If not for his rapey behavior, I could see him being redeemed, but as someone who has dealt with men like him, it's really hard for me to see him as a redeemable guy. I think his charismatic and charming behavior definitely manipulates people into thinking he is a great guy. I feel like the writers went too far with his character in season 7 and are trying to backpedal a bit by not bringing up the very sinister things that he did in season 7.

ltrillx l: Don’t ever compare Noah death to gage death Noah was alive through all of that gage was literally dead he wasn’t even screaming like Noah was

Your Mom: I felt bad for Eugene when they were grilling him but then I remembered that Eugene is literally one of the best liars around, I mean that was literally his whole thing was that he lied to protect himself but instead now he’s lying to protect his people

DevilBlight69: Negan's always held the philosophy of people are valuable, hence why he PREFERRED to only kill one person when he was the leader of The Saviors. Simon defied him twice on that philosophy which was a key reason as to why he killed him; the failed coup was just the excuse he needed to make it legitimate. I understand Maggie's anger towards Negan, but he's right about being in her head. Her anger is causing her to make questionable decisions. It's true that they're desperate, but they need to think with a level head. I will agree that what Gabriel said was cruel and uncalled for, he's become a very cynical and bitter person since Siddiq was killed by Dante. He also seems to forget that he left his congregation to die and was a coward himself until he manned up and started trusting in Rick.

SSA INVINCIBLEx: Am i the only one that wasn't surprised when Eugene said he's a virgin? Seen it coming years ago lol

Katie Young: I heard someone in another video comment that technically Negan has now actually been with "our group" significantly longer than Maggie was time wise. From Season 2 to season 9 when she left there wasn't actually THAT much time that passed. (Think Laurie was newly pregnant when we met her and she was no more than 3 1/2-4 when she left...or last we saw her at least) Negan b/c of the 7yr time jump has been with Alexandria almost double that before any other time jumps after Rick's last episode. Was just a "damn you're right" moment when you think about it. Love yall and can't wait for the remainder of reactions for this season. *IT'S BEEN SOOOO GOOD SO FAR!!!*

Alann Drake: Why didn't she tell him to crawl under to the spot she got in the train at? Or am I missing something?🤷‍♂️😂

jose giron: someday I'm actually gonna return to watching the episodes themselves instead of summaries like these lol, stopped like midway season 7 cuz goddamm I thought it was getting super boring but this last season is giving me an itch to actually finish this show someday

jose giron: so maggie is never gonna forgive negan but this is a good step to trusting him lol

livismom12: I was dying to see Nikki's reaction to this episode and dog. If Daryl would have been in that train car, he would not have left Gage die like that. Even though he was one of the punks that attacked Lydia. Each episode gets better and better. Can't wait for your reaction to the 3rd one. Talk about a roller coaster ride.

Raymond Tawil: You dont understand how many times I’ve checked my notifications for this

The Horror Counselor: Gage was a coward and if they rescued him, he would have gotten someone killed simply because he is untrustworthy and will immediately go into survival mode which is to think for himself, it’s like Nicholas back in season 5...Glenn gave him so many chances and in the end he gave up resulting in Glenn nearly being killed right there, so it’s not rocket science to Believe that the same would have happened if they kept gage along for the ride.

Dylan Schneider: Agreed with Nikki, not a fan of Maggie right now. Don't know if its the writing or acting or both, but I hate her character atm

Str33tJustus: 13:07 I would die for Maggie too 🤣👍

Amanda Stone: Great reaction! As far as Maggie and Negan, I don't think that she is necessarily a hypocrite. She saw that she had to leave someone to die to protect the group and after that was able to see where Negan was coming from because she had to make a similar choice. She trusted Negan with a gun and to lead them to the place where they have supplies. I do think that saving Gage could have backfired because the door was jammed and I don't think they would have been able to close it again. Also, the only reason they got out was because Daryl came through. I feel bad for Gage because he is young, but he ran off with their ammo. You can learn from your mistakes but in the apocalypse you don't usually get second chances.

Andrew Langendorfer: Yeah Negan is a flip of the coin...but can I comment on the picture of you2 Claymore in hand, and your girl to the left, bad ass...props

jenniferdawn Rich: Yall: well there goes the Redemption story Me: wait 15-20 minutes LOL. Wait until next week to

Jennifer Lutz: What kills me about this is that the walkers got in anyways. So why couldn't you save Gage?

Caribbean: Yeah I agree on maggie being a hypocrite 🤷‍♂️ she gets mad at negan for not risking his life trying to save her but then lets the kid die because it was risky to save him. Dont blame negan at all for leaving. Its also the fact that we know if maggie was on the other side she would want to be saved and would not stop her guards to break that door open. Lol

DawnIgnited: I can't with Gabriel right now. Mister "I left my congregation to die when I locked them out of my church" gonna call someone else a coward. Get out of here with that nonsense.

CP CP: The writers need to dive into a flashback episode it’s so bizarre they write Maggie’s character back into the fold as cold and hard obviously I’m surprised she didn’t take this turn after Glenn died but I want to see the build up to what made her go point yes we’ve gotten stories but I need a flashback episode and for the Gage situation I think it was more of the fact they had lack of ammo as honestly if Daryl didn’t pop up they’d be dead however I think Negan might have to apologise for the Glenn thing to get things rolling will they get along no but I think they can co exist eventually.

Angel Ramos: Gage was one of the ones who beat up Lydia. So it's hard to feel sorry for him. Gage ran off and stole their ammo and supplies too. I Agree with Maggie. Gage was a coward and he beat girls. Fuck him.
