Sandi Morris: There's a reason that people like this are able to keep going. At the time this was happening less laws were in place however now what needs to happen is instead of taxes going up and politicians stealing the money for non essentials - put it to good use like more mental health support without penalties, (jobs, etc can be affected if you get even the basic help) public school support and programs designed to identify potential problem before they become problems- again without penalties. It's not going to help everyone but more than it has now. Usually any extra money is figuratively stolen either by redirecting it into other areas or literally stolen.
