As well, you did it randomly without context, which makes me wonder your motive. From watching credible BBC documentaries, I believe there is proof that Jesus did travel through the East during his “ Lost Years”. There is written proof inTibetan monastery scrolls that he was there, as well as evidence that he travelled and lived in parts of India and Pakistan I believe. Please justify your actions. It couldn’t be an oversight, it had to be intentional. For those unbiased viewers outside of American Bible Belt , it is offensive and comes across as fake news.

I loved the emphasis Jesus placed about prayer before preparing a sermon. That is exactly the first step anyone should do to begin the process.

I will pay it forward once I get paid , I'm broke right now , I cannot tell you how much this show had helped me in "growing up" I compare so many things to what I've seen in my earthy dad , And before this show even after studying the Bible for years , I always thought I'm a screw up and doomed to hell , even to Jesus standards , but this helped me see the truth , that we all are !!! And that's why Christ came , to help us suffer through this life to be in eternal happiness with him in the second and that this life isn't as bad or as serious as we all try to make it out to be. whimsicolor: Great episode! I must admit I felt stung every time the other disciples would throw Mary under the bus, calling her out about her leaving the group. But I guess it's a good lesson/example for Christians: we shouldn't shame the "lost sheep" when Jesus brings them back to the flock–they already know the mistakes they've made and are fully aware of their shortcomings, so why should we persecute them even more with their pasts? I'm glad that Mary kind of had the last word in that conversation though. She acknowledged her mistake, but the way she worded it ("I shouldn't have relied so much on my own understanding") was perfect, it was almost like she was subtly reminding the other disciples that they made wrong decisions too! Lol

Wide Awake: I imagine one of the reasons for this plot was to show the disciples how bad we are at praying and doing the Fathers business til Jesus returns. I constantly tell my children the same things, “how are they going to get along when im not here, i.e stand on your own two feet in life, when life throws the world at you, you need to turn to Jesus now” thats what i tell them always and hopefully it sticks. That part resonated with me and was very important. ❤️
