Jeremyx7: No they weren't, don't get me wrong dude, I liked the originals back then too but in no way are they any where close as good as the new 3D animated ones. Back then they were just 5 minute shorts with good guys vs bad guys scenes with no real focus on story. The New ones however are in every way more in depth with characters, storylines, unique situations, voice acting, animation, as well as being more realistic and dark. They're an extension of the originals really with more detail.
